Workshop on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)

On September 26-28, 2014, the school of Agro-Industry organized the workshop on GMP and HACCP at Wanasawan, Wanasom Resort, Mae Fah Luang University. This workshop aimed to familiarize the senior students of school of Agro-Industry and the entrepreneurs with the GMP and HACCP systems. The case studies and practices were included in the workshop which led by 3 experienced inspectors from Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The speakers were Miss Prathana Kerdbua from Division of Inspection and Certification of Rice, Mr. Natathorn Kasibutra, and Miss Maneeporn Sungkarom from the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS).
