[ Bachelor of Science ][ Master of Science ]



      At present, the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees are offered by the School of Cosmetic Science . Generally, the course structure consists of a comprehensive series of fundamental science subjects and advanced courses in Cosmetic Science and relevant fields. In addition, the M.Sc. programme (by research only) is also available for well-trained Graduates.



      Teaching and learning will be by formal lectures, laboratory practicals, tutorials and group discussions. Course evaluation will be comprised of various kinds of assessment methods including in-course assignments and examinations, laboratory reports, Seminar presentation and Final Year Project report. However, for Graduates in the M.Sc. (by research) program, the evaluation will be exclusively depends on research performance and thesis submission. Graduates are also expected to participate in Seminar and present their work at a National and / or International Conference .

  • For the B.Sc. degree, applicants must complete the higher secondary school level (Matthayom 6 or equivalent) in a Science Program .
  • For the M.Sc. program, applicants should normally hold, or be expecting to obtain a B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, the Biological Sciences or related areas with the GPA of at least 2.5 (on 1 4 scale). For those with a lower GPA or a non-related B.Sc. degree, training and experience in the Cosmetic Industry may be considered and accepted as an alternative entrance qualification .



      The degree has been designed to develop the knowledge and professional background in Cosmetic Science for students. Suitable for students wishing to pursue their careers in the Cosmetic Industry, the curriculum covers fundamental understanding and application of Cosmetics and related subjects. In addition, the courses will emphasize the Marketing and Management of Cosmetic Products to enable students to broaden their skills .
