มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย จัดกิจกรรมประชุมเกี่ยวกับนักวิจัยฝรั่งเศสครั้งที่ 2 พร้อมกิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อและฉายภาพยนตร์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและวิจัยกับสถาบันการศึกษาฝรั่งเศส

ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง พร้อมอาจารย์ Flavie Lepoutre รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าโครงการจัดตั้งหน่วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการฝรั่งเศส-อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ให้การต้อนรับคณะทูตจากสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย นำโดย Mr. Dr. Ludovic Andres ผู้ช่วยทูตด้านความร่วมมือทางวิทยาศาสตร์และอุดมศึกษา และ Ms. Sujira Panyawattana ที่ปรึกษานักศึกษา Campus France ในวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 29 มกราคม 2569 เพื่อร่วมกันผลักดันความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง

โครงการจัดตั้งหน่วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการฝรั่งเศส-อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง ร่วมกับสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย จัดกิจกรรมทั้งหมด 3 กิจกรรม ได้แก่

กิจกรรมประชุมเกี่ยวกับนักวิจัยฝรั่งเศส (Academic Meeting) ครั้งที่ 2 เวลา 13.30 - 16.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมดอยแง่ม อาคารวันชัย ศิริชนะ (AD1) โดยคณะทูตฝรั่งเศสได้ร่วมประชุมกับผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และนักวิจัยของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อหารือแนวทางการสร้างและพัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านงานวิชาการและงานวิจัยกับสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศฝรั่งเศส ตลอดจนเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการต่างๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัย อาทิ ห้องปฏิบัติการเครื่องสำอาง สถาบันชาและกาแฟ ห้องปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างจุลภาค ห้องปฏิบัติการเทคโนโลยีอาหาร และศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศด้านการวิจัยเชื้อรา

กิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อประเทศฝรั่งเศส (Campus France) ครั้งที่ 1 เวลา 13.30 - 15.00 น. ณ ห้อง Networking Space หน่วยงาน MFU for You : "M for U" ชั้น 2 อาคาร M-Square เพื่อให้ข้อมูลและแนวทางการศึกษาต่อในสถาบันการศึกษาฝรั่งเศสแก่นักศึกษาที่สนใจ

กิจกรรม Cinema on Environmental issues เวลา 17.00 - 19.00 น. ณ ห้องฉายภาพยนตร์ ชั้น 2 อาคารศูนย์บรรณสารและสื่อการศึกษา เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมผ่านภาพยนตร์

โครงการจัดตั้งหน่วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการฝรั่งเศส-อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง มีภารกิจหลักในการประสานงานความร่วมมือทางด้านวิชาการและวิจัยกับสถาบันการศึกษาและองค์กรด้านการวิจัยฝรั่งเศสในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง เพื่อเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงกับสถาบันการศึกษาในประเทศฝรั่งเศสอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU Welcomes French Diplomatic Delegation to Strengthen Academic and Research Collaboration in the Greater Mekong Sub-region

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Embassy of France in Thailand, organized the 2nd Academic Meeting on French Researchers, along with a Campus France study-abroad information session and an environment-themed film screening, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance academic and research cooperation with French higher education and research institutions.

Professor Dr. Sujittra Wongsakesamjit, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, and Ms. Flavie Lepoutre, Acting-Director of the French – Upper Mekong Sub-region Academic Cooperation Centre, officially welcomed the French diplomatic delegation led by Dr. Ludovic Andres, Attaché for Scientific and Higher Education, and Ms. Sujira Panyawattana, Student Advisor at Campus France. The meeting took place on Thursday, January 29, 2026, with a shared objective of advancing academic and research collaboration across the Greater Mekong Sub-region.

As part of the French – Upper Mekong Sub-region Academic Cooperation Centre, three key activities were organized in partnership with the Embassy of France in Thailand, encompassing academic meetings, student mobility promotion, and environmental awareness.

The program commenced with the Academic Meeting on French Researchers (2nd Edition) held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Doi Ngam Conference Room, Vanchai Sirichana Building (AD1). During the meeting, the French delegation engaged in discussions with MFU’s executives, faculty members, and researchers to explore opportunities for establishing and developing academic and research cooperation with higher education institutions in France. The delegation also visited several of the University’s research facilities, including the Cosmetics Laboratory, Tea and Coffee Institute, Microstructure Analysis Laboratory, Food Technology Laboratory, and the Center of Excellence on Fungal Research.

In parallel, MFU hosted the Campus France Study Abroad Guidance Activity (1st Edition) from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Networking Space, MFU for You: "M for U," 2nd Floor, M-Square Building. The session provided students with information and guidance on academic pathways and study opportunities at French higher education institutions.

The program concluded with Cinema on Environmental Issues held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.at the Cinema Room, 2nd Floor, Learning Resources and Educational Media Center, aiming to raise environmental awareness and encourage sustainability-minded perspectives through film.

The French – Upper Mekong Sub-region Academic Cooperation Centre serves as a coordinating platform for academic and research collaboration between French educational institutions and research organizations across the Greater Mekong Sub-region. aim to foster sustainable academic networks and strengthen long-term research partnerships between Mae Fah Luang University and leading institutions in France.
