มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดโครงการอบรม "การสื่อสารในภาวะวิกฤติ" สำหรับเครือข่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการสถานการณ์วิกฤติอย่างมืออาชีพ พร้อมประกาศนโยบายข่าว 2 ภาษาและปรับกลไกการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

ส่วนประชาสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดโครงการอบรม "การสื่อสารในภาวะวิกฤติ" สำหรับเครือข่ายประชาสัมพันธ์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MFU PR Network) ณ ห้องคำมอกหลวง โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ร่มเย็น โกไศยกานนท์ รองอธิการบดี เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรม เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 8 ธันวาคม 2568

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ร่มเย็น กล่าวว่า ในยุคดิจิทัลที่ข้อมูลข่าวสารแพร่กระจายอย่างรวดเร็ว การสื่อสารในภาวะวิกฤติจึงเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญยิ่งต่อการรักษาภาพลักษณ์และชื่อเสียงของมหาวิทยาลัย การจัดการวิกฤติที่ดีไม่ได้หมายถึงเพียงการหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้วิกฤติเกิดขึ้น แต่รวมถึงการมีความพร้อมในการรับมือ การตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็วและเหมาะสม และการฟื้นฟูความเชื่อมั่นให้กลับคืนมา

การอบรมในครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากโปรแกรมวิชานิเทศศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย ประกอบด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.จิราพร ขุนศรี วิทยากรหลักผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการสื่อสารองค์กร ซึ่งเคยดำรงตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ประชาสัมพันธ์รุ่นแรกของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์กฤศ โตธนายานนท์ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Digital Marketing และการสื่อสารสื่อใหม่

การอบรมแบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง ช่วงเช้าเป็นการบรรยายนโยบายด้านงานข่าวและแนวทางการประสานข้อมูล ตามด้วยการบรรยายเรื่องการสื่อสารในภาวะวิกฤติ ครอบคลุมแนวคิด หลักการ การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ และการวางแผนรับมือ ส่วนช่วงบ่ายเป็นการปฏิบัติการผ่าน Workshop การจัดทำแผนสื่อสาร การตอบสนองสถานการณ์จริง และการสร้างคู่มือแนวปฏิบัติร่วมกัน

ในโอกาสนี้ รองอธิการบดียังได้แจ้งนโยบายและแนวทางการทำงานใหม่ 6 ประการ ได้แก่ การปรับข่าวเป็น 2 ภาษา (ไทย-อังกฤษ), การส่งแผนจัดกิจกรรมรายปีพร้อมระบุระดับความสำคัญ, การแต่งตั้งคณะทำงานบริหารจัดการเว็บไซต์, การจัดระบบการเข้าถึงรูปภาพในเซิร์ฟเวอร์, การชี้แจงบทบาทของกรรมการเครือข่ายประชาสัมพันธ์ และการกำหนดกิจกรรมประจำปีของเครือข่าย โดยการอบรมครั้งต่อไปจะจัดในหัวข้อ "การจัดการข่าวลือ ข่าวปลอม และ Hate Speech"

โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพเครือข่ายประชาสัมพันธ์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงที่ดำเนินการต่อเนื่องมากว่า 10 ปี เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับเครือข่ายประชาสัมพันธ์และยกระดับการสื่อสารองค์กรให้มีมาตรฐานสากล

MFU Conducts Crisis Communication Training to Strengthen PR Network Capacity

Mae Fah Luang University organized a "Crisis Communication" training program for its PR network to enhance professional crisis management skills. The program also introduced the university’s new bilingual news policy and updated operational mechanisms to improve institutional communication efficiency.

The training, hosted by the MFU Public Relations Division, was held at the Kham Mok Luang Room. Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen Kosaikanont, Vice President, presided over the opening ceremony On Monday, December 8, 2025.

Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen emphasized that in today’s digital era–where information spreads rapidly, crisis communication is essential to uphold the university's image and reputation. Effective crisis management, she noted, involves not only preventing crises , but also ensuring readiness, delivering timely and appropriate responses, and restoring public confidence.

The program featured distinguished speakers from the Communication Arts Program, Faculty of Management Sciences, Chiang Rai Rajabhat University: Associate Professor Dr. Jiraporn Khunsri, a leading expert in corporate communication and one of MFU's first public relations officers, and Assistant Professor Krit Totanayarnon, a specialist in Digital Marketing and new media communication.

The training comprised two sessions. The morning session focused on MFU’s news communication policies and guidelines for information coordination, followed by a lecture on crisis communication covering key concepts, core principles, situational analysis, and response planning. The afternoon session covered hands-on workshops involving communication planning, scenario-based crisis response, and the development of shared operational guidelines.

During the event, the Vice President also announced six new policies and operational directions for the PR network including the adoption of bilingual (Thai-English) news releases , the submission of annual activity plans with designated priority levels, the establishment of a website management working committee, the organization of a system for accessing image archives, the clarification of roles and responsibilities for PR network committee members, and the scheduling of annual activities for the network. The next training session titled "Managing Rumors, Fake News, and Hate Speech" is scheduled for February 20, 2025.

This training is part of the long-running MFU PR Network Capacity Development Project, which has been implemented for more than 10 years to strengthen the university’s PR network and elevate organizational communication to international standards.
