มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงรับการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกระดับอุดมศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเตรียมความพร้อมรับการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกระดับอุดมศึกษาเต็มรูปแบบ โดยสถาบันเพิ่มผลผลิตแห่งชาติ ซึ่งเป็นการประเมินตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence: EdPEx) ประจำปีการศึกษา 2567 ด้วยรายงานการประเมินตนเองระดับสถาบัน (Self-Assessment Report: SAR) เมื่อวันที่ 16 ธันวาคม 2568

โดยมี ผศ.ดร.มัชฌิมา นราดิศร อธิการบดี กล่าวต้อนรับและนำเสนอภาพรวมของมหาวิทยาลัย รวมถึงการดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานการจัดการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2565 และเกณฑ์ EdPEx

การตรวจประเมินครั้งนี้เป็นขั้นที่ 3 Site Visit Review โดยคณะผู้ตรวจประเมินจากสถาบันเพิ่มผลผลิตแห่งชาติได้เข้าตรวจเยี่ยมมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เพื่อประเมินคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการและการดำเนินงานของมหาวิทยาลัยตามมาตรฐานสากล
ตลอดทั้งวัน คณะผู้ตรวจประเมินจะดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารระดับสูง ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งเยี่ยมชมการปฏิบัติงานจริงในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัย โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ทีมเพื่อความครอบคลุม

การตรวจประเมินคุณภาพภายนอกตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx เป็นเครื่องมือบริหารจัดการเชิงระบบที่ช่วยให้สถาบันอุดมศึกษาประเมินตนเองอย่างครอบคลุมทุกมิติ ทั้งการนำองค์กร การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การมุ่งเน้นผู้รับบริการ การจัดการทรัพยากร และผลลัพธ์ เพื่อค้นหาจุดแข็งและโอกาสพัฒนา นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ส่งผลให้สถาบันพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศและยั่งยืน พร้อมสร้างความมั่นใจในคุณภาพการศึกษาให้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทุกฝ่าย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนักศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง และสังคม

Mae Fah Luang University Hosts EdPEx Site Visit in Preparation for External Quality Assessment for the Academic Year 2024

Mae Fah Luang University hosted a Stage 3: Site Visit Review under the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework on December 16, 2025, as part of its preparation for an external quality assessment in higher education for the Academic Year 2024. The visit was conducted by the Thailand Productivity Institute and was based on the University’s institutional Self-Assessment Report (SAR). .
The visit began with a welcome address by Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, President of Mae Fah Luang University, who also presented an overview of the university. Her presentation highlighted MFU’s overall profile, its management and operational practices, and its implementation of the Higher Education Standards B.E. 2565, in alignment with the EdPEx criteria.

The Stage 3 Site Visit Review involved a visit by the assessment team from the Thailand Productivity Institute to Mae Fah Luang University to examine the quality of the University’s management and operations in accordance with internationally recognized standards. The review focused on verifying the consistency between the information presented in the Self-Assessment Report and actual practices across the institution.

Throughout the day, the assessment team conducted interviews with senior executives, administrators, and university personnel, and observed on-site operations in various units of the University. To ensure comprehensive coverage and in-depth review, the assessors were divided into two teams.

The external quality assessment process under the EdPEx framework serves as a systematic management tool that enables higher education institutions to conduct a comprehensive self-evaluation across key dimensions, including organizational leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder focus, resource management, and performance results. The process helps identify institutional strengths and opportunities for improvement, supporting continuous development toward excellence and sustainability, while enhancing confidence in educational quality among all stakeholders, including students, parents, and society.
