สำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มฟล. จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเตรียมพร้อมรับมือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เสริมทักษะการกู้ชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน

สำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแนวทางปฏิบัติตนในสถานการณ์ไฟไหม้และแผ่นดินไหวในอาคารสูง การกู้ชีพขั้นพื้นฐานและการใช้เครื่อง AED ในวันอังคารที่ 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลา 08.00 - 16.45 น. ที่อาคารสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มีรองศาสตราจารย์ นายแพทย์ปรีชา สุนทรานันท์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรม

การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะการปฏิบัติตนในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินแก่นักศึกษาแพทย์และบุคลากรของสำนักวิชาฯ เพื่อช่วยลดความสูญเสียทั้งชีวิตและทรัพย์สินเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ หรือบรรเทาผลกระทบให้น้อยที่สุด รวมถึงการเตรียมความพร้อมในการให้การช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยในกรณีฉุกเฉิน

กิจกรรมสำคัญมีการบรรยายเรื่องระบบเตือนภัยในอาคารสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ โดยนายพันธ์พงศ์ กองตุ้ย หัวหน้าฝ่ายพัฒนาและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน ส่วนอาคารสถานที่ การบรรยายเรื่องอัคคีภัยกับการปฏิบัติตนในสถานการณ์คับขัน และการปฏิบัติตนบนอาคารสูงในสถานการณ์แผ่นดินไหว โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 15 เชียงราย

นอกจากนี้มี อาจารย์ นายแพทย์ณัฐชนน กุลสัมฤทธิ์ผล, อาจารย์ นายแพทย์กิตติพศ แสงทอง และทีมผู้ช่วยวิทยากร บรรยายและสาธิตเรื่องการกู้ชีพขั้นพื้นฐานและการใช้เครื่อง AED โดยผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้ฝึกภาคปฏิบัติจริง ทั้งการซ้อมอพยพออกจากอาคารในกรณีแผ่นดินไหวและไฟไหม้ การฝึกซ้อมระงับอัคคีภัยเบื้องต้น ตลอดจนการกู้ชีพขั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อให้มีทักษะที่จำเป็นในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

การฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้เป็นส่วนสำคัญในการช่วยการเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักศึกษาและบุคลากรในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินต่างๆ ซึ่งเป็นทักษะสำคัญที่จำเป็นสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในสถาบันการแพทย์

MFU School of Medicine Built Emergency Readiness Through Practical Life-Saving Training

The School of Medicine, Mae Fah Luang University, reinforced emergency preparedness and essential life-saving competencies through a full-day practical training workshop focused on emergency response and basic life support.
Held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the School of Medicine Building, the workshop covered emergency response to fire and earthquake situations in high-rise facilities, together with hands-on training in basic life support and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Associate Professor Dr. Preecha Suntornnanond, Dean of the School of Medicine, presided over the opening ceremony.

Designed for medical students and school personnel, the training emphasized practical decision-making and coordinated response in emergency situations. The program focused on reducing potential loss of life and property while equipping participants with the confidence and skills required to assist others during critical incidents.

Key activities included expert-led sessions on building warning and alert systems, delivered by Mr. Panpong Kongtui, Head of the Energy Development and Conservation Division, Physical Plant Department. Further sessions addressing fire hazards, emergency response and earthquake safety in high-rise buildings were conducted by officers from the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 15, Chiang Rai.

Additionally, clinical training sessions on basic life support and AED operation were conducted by Dr. Natchanon Kulsumridphol, Dr. Kittipoj Saengthong, and their instructional team.

Participants engaged in hands-on practice, including evacuation drills, initial fire control practice, basic life support exercises, and simulated emergency response scenarios.

Through this practical training, students and personnel gained essential skills for responding to emergency situations—competencies that are fundamental to medical practice and relevant beyond the university environment, extending into healthcare and community settings.
