มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยสำนักวิชาเวชศาสตร์ชะลอวัยและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ ร่วมกับศูนย์บริการวิชาการ เดินหน้ายกระดับศักยภาพบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จัดโครงการ “พัฒนาทักษะวิชาชีพครูด้านการฝึกพัฒนาการทางด้านร่างกายและสมองของผู้เรียน รุ่นที่ 2” ขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 28 - 29 มีนาคม 2569 ในรูปแบบออนไลน์ผ่านโปรแกรม Zoom Meeting เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูการศึกษาพิเศษและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องจาก 9 จังหวัดภาคเหนือ ให้มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้หลักสูตร Learning Breakthrough Program เพื่อฟื้นฟูศักยภาพและเพิ่มพูนสมาธิรวมถึงทักษะการเรียนรู้สำหรับเด็กพิเศษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการนี้ได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจาก มูลนิธิมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเพื่อการพัฒนาครูชนบท โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ นพ.จรัสพล รินทระ คณบดีสำนักวิชาเวชศาสตร์ชะลอวัยและฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ กล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดโครงการโดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการนำความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านพฤติกรรมและแนวทางในการดูแลผู้เรียนในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งจะช่วยให้บรรยากาศในการเรียนดีขึ้นและผู้เรียนได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสมตามศักยภาพ
ตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วันของการอบรม ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคนิคเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างเข้มข้นจากคณะวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภัครวรรธน์ สิทธิประภาพร และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ สุภาพร อุตสาหะ โดยเริ่มศึกษาตั้งแต่หัวข้อสำคัญอย่าง Brain & Sensory Integration , การเรียนรู้วิธีการใช้โปรแกรม (How to Use The Program) และรายละเอียดอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการฝึกปฏิบัติกิจกรรมรายวัน (Daily Activities) ตั้งแต่สัปดาห์ที่ 1 จนถึงสัปดาห์ที่ 12 พร้อมทั้งการทดสอบวัดความก้าวหน้า (Progress Tests) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจะสามารถนำทักษะเหล่านี้ไปต่อยอดและประยุกต์ใช้ในการสอนได้ในหลายระดับ และสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับผู้เรียนได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
โครงการนี้ยังสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ในเป้าหมายที่ 4: การศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ (Quality Education) ที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ที่มีคุณภาพและเท่าเทียม รวมถึงเป้าหมายที่ 10: ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ (Reduced Inequalities) โดยการสนับสนุนกลุ่มเด็กพิเศษให้ได้รับการพัฒนาศักยภาพอย่างเต็มที่ผ่านบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ
มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในระดับภูมิภาคอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาเด็กพิเศษ และยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาไทยให้ก้าวหน้าอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
MFU Strengthens Special Education Teachers with "Learning Breakthrough" Batch 2 Training via Online System Mae Fah Luang University, through the School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine in collaboration with the Center for Academic Services, continues to elevate the potential of educational personnel by organizing the workshop “Professional Teacher Skill Development Project: Physical and Brain Development Training for Learners, Batch 2”. Held between March 28 - 29, 2026, via the Zoom Meeting online platform, the project aims to develop the competencies of special education teachers and related personnel across 9 northern provinces. Participants gained specialized knowledge and expertise in utilizing the Learning Breakthrough Program to effectively rehabilitate physical and brain potential, while enhancing concentration and learning skills for students with special needs.This project received budgetary support from the Mae Fah Luang University Foundation for Rural Teacher Development. The opening ceremony was honored by Jarasphol Rintra, M.D., Dean of the Dean, School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, who delivered the welcoming remarks and officially opened the project. He emphasized the importance of applying this knowledge to create behavioral changes and improve guidelines for daily learner care. This approach fosters a better learning environment and ensures learners are developed according to their full potential.Throughout the two-day training, participants received intensive knowledge and practical techniques from a team of expert speakers, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phakkharawat Sittiprapaporn and Asst.Prof.Suphaphorn Utsaha. The curriculum covered several key topics:Foundations: Studying Brain & Sensory Integration and the basics of program utilization (How to Use The Program).Practical Techniques: Detailed instruction on Learning Breakthrough Program equipment and daily activity practice (Daily Activities) for weeks 1 through 12.Evaluation: Conducting progress tests and submitting assignments for review to ensure participants can effectively build upon and apply these skills across various teaching levels.This project aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 4: Quality Education, which focuses on creating inclusive and equitable quality learning opportunities. It also supports Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities by empowering students with special needs to reach their full potential through highly skilled educational personnel.Mae Fah Luang University remains committed to the continuous development of educational personnel in the region to build a collaborative network for special education development and sustainably elevate the quality of Thai education.
