เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 23 เมษายน 2569 จังหวัดเชียงราย จัดพิธีสูมาคารวะสระเกล้าดำหัวผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย ณ จวนผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย (หลังเก่า) โดยมีรองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย หน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และกลุ่มมวลชนชาวเชียงรายเข้าร่วมพิธีดำหัวผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย และนายกเหล่ากาชาดจังหวัดเชียงราย โดย นายชูชีพ พงษ์ไชย ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเชียงราย ได้กล่าวขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่มาร่วมงานและได้อวยชัยให้พรเพื่อความเป็นสิริรมงคลเนื่องในโอกาสปี๋ใหม่เมือง ประจำปี 2569

MFU Joins Traditional Lanna New Year Ceremony to Honor Chiang Rai Governor
On Monday, April 20, 2026, Chiang Rai Province held the "Suma Karawa Saklao Dam Hua", ceremony took place at the Old Provincial Governor’s Residence. Deputy Governors and representatives from various sectors gathered to pay their respects to the Governor and the President of the Chiang Rai Provincial Red Cross Chapter. During the ceremony, Governer Chucheep Pongchai expressed his gratitude to all participants and delivered a New Year blessing for prosperity and good fortune to everyone present.
Representing Mae Fah Luang University at the ceremony were Dr. Thanikun Chantra, Dean of the School of Social Innovation; Mrs. Daolak Suthanoo, Assistant to the President; and staff from the Correspondence and Document Division and Public Relations Division.
