มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จับมือ อบต.แม่ข้าวต้ม ขับเคลื่อนการคัดแยกขยะต้นทางส่งเสริมนโยบาย 3R สนับสนุนการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนตามเป้าหมาย SDGs

วันที่ 16 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ สาขาวิชาอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม และองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม ได้ดำเนินงานจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้การคัดแยกขยะต้นทาง ภายใต้ “โครงการการบริหารจัดการขยะต้นทาง กิจกรรมให้ความรู้การคัดแยกขยะต้นทางส่งเสริมนโยบาย 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)” ณ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมี นายชินกรณ์ บั้งเงิน นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม พร้อมด้วยผู้นำชุมชน คณะกรรมการชุมชน และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) จากหมู่ที่ 4, 6 และ 15 เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง  ในการนี้ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพฤทธิ์ สุทธศิลป์ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อณุตรา หงษ์ทอง ร่วมเป็นวิทยากรในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และนำกระบวนการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) โดยมีการนำข้อมูลปริมาณขยะจริงในพื้นที่มาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกับชุมชนเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายการผลักดันครัวเรือนเข้าร่วมการคัดแยกขยะให้ได้อย่างน้อยร้อยละ 50 ของหมู่บ้าน ตลอดจนการระดมสมองกำหนดกติกาชุมชนเชิงรุก เช่น กิจกรรมบ้านแยกขยะดีมีรางวัล และการวางแผนปฏิบัติการลดขยะระยะเวลา 2 เดือนของแต่ละหมู่บ้าน โดยมี อสม. และคณะกรรมการหมู่บ้านเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการตรวจติดตามผลอย่างใกล้ชิด  

โครงการดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการดำเนินงานขับเคลื่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขาภิบาลในระดับท้องถิ่น โดยมุ่งบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายและพลังภาคประชาชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพชุมชนในการจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับ เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ได้แก่

• SDG 11 เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Cities and Communities) 
• SDG 12 การผลิตและการบริโภคที่ยั่งยืน (Responsible Consumption and Production) 
• SDG 13 การรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate Action) ผ่านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการทำถังขยะเปียกลดโลกร้อนในครัวเรือน  

ทั้งนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ข้าวต้ม คณะกรรมการชุมชน และภาคีเครือข่าย จะร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการลดขยะ 2 เดือนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตั้งแต่ต้นทางอย่างยั่งยืน ลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาชุมชนสีเขียวในระยะยาว 

MFU Partners with Mae Khao Tom TAO to Drive Source Waste Separation, Promoting 3R Policy Towards Sustainable SDGs
On 16 June 2026, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through the Center for Academic Services, in collaboration with the Environmental Health Program, School of Health Science, and Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization (TAO), launched a source waste separation knowledge-sharing activity. This initiative was part of the "Source Waste Management Project: Knowledge Sharing on Source Waste Separation Promoting 3R Policy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)" held at Mae Khao Tom TAO, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province. Mr. Chinkorn Bungngoen, President of Mae Khao Tom TAO, honored the event as the presiding chairman for the opening ceremony, which was well-attended by community leaders, community committees, and village health volunteers (VHVs) from Villages 4, 6, and 15.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Noppharit Sutthasil and Assistant Professor Dr. Anutra Hongthong served as expert speakers, sharing academic knowledge and leading the workshop. The session involved analyzing actual local waste data alongside the community to establish a collective goal of achieving at least 50% household participation in source waste separation across the villages. Furthermore, participants brainstormed to determine proactive community regulations, such as the "Good Waste Separation Rewards" initiative, and formulated a 2-month waste reduction action plan for each village, utilizing VHVs and community committees as key mechanisms for close monitoring and follow-up.

This project is part of an ongoing effort to drive local environmental and sanitation management. It aims to integrate academic expertise with local networks and public empowerment to strengthen community capacity in managing natural resources and the environment efficiently. Additionally, the project directly aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely:

• SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
• SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
• SDG 13: Climate Action (through household organic waste bin initiatives to reduce global warming)

Moving forward, Mae Fah Luang University, Mae Khao Tom TAO, community committees, and local networks will continuously drive this 2-month waste reduction action plan to establish a sustainable source waste management system, minimize environmental impacts, and enhance the quality of life for local residents in line with long-term green community development agendas.
