สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มฟล.จัดโครงการ “แกนนำคุณครูรุ่นใหม่ ใส่ใจอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม” ยกระดับสุขาภิบาลในโรงเรียนชนบท สู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

วันที่ 1 - 2 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2569 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยสาขาวิชาอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม สำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ ร่วมกับศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “โครงการแกนนำคุณครูรุ่นใหม่ ใส่ใจอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม” ณ ห้อง 518 ชั้น 5 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ภานุพงศ์ ภัทรเชาว์ รองคณบดีสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ เป็นประธานในพิธีกล่าวต้อนรับและเปิดโครงการอย่างเป็นทางการ ซึ่งการดำเนินงานในครั้งนี้ได้รับงบประมาณสนับสนุนจาก มูลนิธิมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเพื่อการพัฒนาครูชนบท มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นคุณครูทั้งในระดับประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงรายและพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนเข้าร่วมรับการอบรมจำนวน 31 คน

การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มพูนองค์ความรู้และทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านการจัดการอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในสถานศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อสุขภาพ คุณภาพชีวิต และการเรียนรู้ของเยาวชน เนื่องจากครูคือกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนความเปลี่ยนแปลงและสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาวะที่ดีในโรงเรียน การเสริมสร้างศักยภาพครูจึงช่วยสร้างเครือข่ายผู้นำที่จะสามารถขยายผลสู่ผู้เรียนและชุมชนโดยรอบได้อย่างยั่งยืน

ตลอดระยะเวลา 2 วันของการจัดกิจกรรม คณะคุณครูแกนนำได้รับความรู้ผ่านกิจกรรมและการฝึกปฏิบัติการอย่างเข้มข้นจากคณาจารย์วิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญในหลากหลายแขนงของสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิวัฒน์ แก้วดวงเล็ก, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ผุสดี ละออ, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นพฤทธิ์ สุทธศิลป์, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อณุตรา หงส์ทอง, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไกรลักษณ์ ฟักแก้ว, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พรรณนิภา ดอกไม้งาม, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สุนทร สุดแสนดี, อาจารย์ ดร.อนุวัต อุ่นคำ และอาจารย์ ดร.วีรยุทธ สิริรัตน์เรืองสุข โดยมีหัวข้อการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการที่น่าสนใจ ประกอบด้วย:

• อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนและการจัดการขยะมูลฝอย: กิจกรรม “อนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนนั้น สำคัญไฉน” และ “Trash Talk: คุยเฟื่องเรื่องขยะ แยกปุ๊บ ปังปั๊บ” มุ่งเน้นการสร้างระบบการคัดแยกและการบริหารจัดการขยะในโรงเรียนอย่างถูกสุขลักษณะและถูกวิธี

• การควบคุมพาหะนำโรค: กิจกรรม “Safe School, No Vector: โรงเรียนนี้ปลอดภัย ไร้พาหะร้าย” เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการเฝ้าระวัง ป้องกัน และควบคุมแมลงรวมถึงสัตว์พาหะนำโรคต่าง ๆ ภายในสถานศึกษา

• สุขาภิบาลอาหารและสุขอนามัย: กิจกรรม “ครูรู้สู้โรคในโรงเรียน” และ “Envi. App. for School” ซึ่งเป็นการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและแอปพลิเคชันเข้ามาช่วยในการติดตามและประเมินความปลอดภัย เพื่อป้องกันโรคที่มีอาหารและน้ำเป็นสื่อ

• สุขาภิบาลน้ำดื่มและน้ำใช้: กิจกรรม “น้ำสะอาด สุขภาพดี” พร้อมการฝึกปฏิบัติการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำในระดับเบื้องต้น เพื่อให้โรงเรียนมีระบบน้ำดื่มและน้ำใช้ที่ได้มาตรฐาน ปลอดภัยต่อการบริโภคและอุปโภค

การดำเนินโครงการดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการบูรณาการทุนทางวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของเยาวชนและชุมชนในพื้นที่ชนบท อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องและสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs) ของสหประชาชาติ 3 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) การมีสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี, SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) การจัดการน้ำสะอาดและสุขาภิบาล และ SDG 13 (Climate Action) การรับมือกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง หวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าคุณครูแกนนำที่ผ่านการอบรมในครั้งนี้ จะนำองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการจัดการปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมและสุขภาพ ป้องกันภาวะเจ็บป่วยของนักเรียนอันเกิดจากสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่เหมาะสม พร้อมร่วมขับเคลื่อนและยกระดับโรงเรียนให้เป็นพื้นที่เรียนรู้ที่ปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของเยาวชนในระยะยาวต่อไป

From 1 to 2 July 2026, Mae Fah Luang University—by the Environmental Health Program, School of Health Science, in collaboration with the Center for Academic Services—implemented a workshop titled “Young Eco-Pioneers: Environmental Health-Conscious Teachers Project.” The event took place at Room 518, 5th Floor of General Samphao Choosri Building (E4), Mae Fah Luang University. Ajarn Panupong Phatthachao, Deputy Dean of the School of Health Science, honored the event by presiding over the opening ceremony and officially welcoming the participants. Financed by the Mae Fah Luang University Foundation for Rural Teacher Development, the training brought together 30 primary and secondary school teachers from Chiang Rai Province and the Upper Northern region.

The project aimed to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical skills regarding environmental health management in educational institutions—a critical factor directly influencing students' health, quality of life, and learning capabilities. Recognizing that teachers are the primary drivers of institutional change and the creation of healthy school environments, empowering them helps establish a strong leadership network capable of extending these health benefits to students, schools, and surrounding communities.

Over the two-day workshop, participating teachers engaged in intensive activities and practical sessions conducted by expert faculty speakers across various fields from the School of Health Science, Mae Fah Luang University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Wiwat Keawduanglek, Assistant Professor Dr. Phutsadee La-or, Assistant Professor Dr. Noppharit Sutthasil, Assistant Professor Dr. Anutra Hongthong, Assistant Professor Dr. Krailuck Fakkaew, Assistant Professor Dr. Phannipha Dokmaingam, Assistant Professor Suntorn Sudsandee, Ajarn Dr. Anuwat Ounkham, and Ajarn Dr. Weerayut Siriratruangsuk. The engaging workshop topics included:

• School Environmental Health & Solid Waste Management: The activities “Why Environmental Health in School Matters” and “Trash Talk: Sorting Waste Effectively” focused on establishing proper waste segregation and sustainable management systems within schools in a hygienic manner.

• Vector-Borne Disease Control: The session “Safe School, No Vector” equipped teachers with guidelines for monitoring, preventing, and controlling disease vectors and pests within school facilities.

• Food Sanitation and Hygiene: The “Teachers Countering School Diseases” and “Envi. App. for School” activities integrated information technology and specialized applications into school monitoring to ensure safety and prevent food and waterborne diseases.

• Water Sanitation: The “Clean Water, Good Health” activity, along with hands-on training in basic water quality analysis, ensured schools have the capability to manage standardized and safe drinking and usable water for consumption and daily use.

The implementation of this project underscores Mae Fah Luang University’s strong commitment to integrating academic capital to uplift the quality of life for youths and rural communities. Furthermore, it directly aligns with and supports three major dimensions of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Mae Fah Luang University sincerely hopes that the core teachers who completed this training will effectively apply their newly acquired knowledge, skills, and experiences to mitigate environmental and health risks in their schools, prevent student illnesses caused by unsanitary environments, and ultimately transform schools into safe learning spaces that foster long-term student well-being.
