MLii ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ จัดพิธีปฐมนิเทศ “หลักสูตรการออกแบบธุรกิจและการบริหารการดูแลผู้สูงวัยระยะยาว” พัฒนาผู้ประกอบการด้านสุขภาพ

   สถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (MLii) ร่วมกับ สำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์ จัดพิธีเปิดและปฐมนิเทศผู้เรียน หลักสูตรการออกแบบธุรกิจและการบริหารการดูแลผู้สูงวัยระยะยาว (Business Design and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults) ภายใต้โครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ โดยการสนับสนุนนของ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.)

   ในการนี้ ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.วันชัย ศิริชนะ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ให้เกียรติกล่าวต้อนรับและกล่าวปาฐกถาพิเศษแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตร ผ่านระบบออนไลน์, รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดรุณี วัฒนศิริเวช รองอธิการบดี กล่าวต้อนรับ, ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์นงเยาว์ มงคลอิทธิเวช อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาพยาบาลศาสตร์, รองประธานหลักสูตรฯ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์ โดยมีผู้ร่วมหลักสูตรจำนวน 51 คน เข้าร่วมพิธีปฐมนิเทศ ณ ห้องประชุมคำมอกหลวง อาคาร E-Park (M-Square) เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2569 

   หลักสูตรนี้เปิดรับผู้ประกอบการและผู้ที่สนใจการดำเนินธุรกิจด้านสุขภาพในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุในระยะยาว โดยเป็นหลักสูตรเรียนฟรี ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษา จัดการเรียนการสอนทั้งในรูปแบบออนไลน์และออนไซต์ ทำการศึกษาใน 3 Module คือ การดูแลผู้สูงอายุและผู้มีภาวะพึ่งพิง, การบริหารจัดการระบบดูแลระยะยาวสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ (LTC) และ การออกแบบธุรกิจ นวัตกรรมและการบริหารการดูแลผู้สูงวัยระยะยาว ซึ่งมีช่วงการศึกษาระยะสั้นเพียง 4 เดือน เมื่อสำเร็จหลักสูตรจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตรจากกระทรวงสาธารณสุข

   มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรม และกำลังคนคุณภาพ ทั้งยังมีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ โดยมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรีและบัณฑิตศึกษา (Degree) และ ประกาศนียบัตร (Non-Degree) ซึ่งหลักสูตรการออกแบบธุรกิจและการบริหารการดูแลผู้สูงวัยระยะยาวนี้ จัดขึ้นเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนผ่านเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยของประเทศไทย ที่มีความต้องการบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมผู้ประกอบการให้มีศักยภาพในการออกแบบและบริหารจัดการธุรกิจด้านสุขภาพ สามารถเรียนรู้ พัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตอบโจทย์ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตและการพัฒนากำลังคนของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน

MLii and School of Nursing Host Orientation for "Business Design and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults" Program to Empower Healthcare Entrepreneurs

The Mae Fah Luang University Learning Innovation Institute (MLii), in collaboration with the School of Nursing, held the opening and orientation ceremony for the "Business Design and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults" program. Developed under the "New Breed Graduate Production" initiative, this program is supported by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (OPS MHESI).

Professor Dr. Vanchai Sirichana, Chairman of the Mae Fah Luang University Council, honored the event by delivering a welcoming address and a special keynote speech online.   Another welcoming address was also delivered by Associate Professor Dr. Darunee Wattanasiriwech, Vice President, followed by an objective report from Assistant Professor Nongyao Mongkhonitthivech, a faculty member of the School of Nursing and Vice Chair of the Program.  A total of 51  participants attended the orientation ceremony, which took place at the Kham Mok Luang Meeting Room, E-Park Building (M-Square), on June 27, 2026. 

Tailored for entrepreneurs and individuals interested in  healthcare and elderly care businesses, this short-term, 4-month program is offered entirely tuition-free. The curriculum employs a hybrid model of online and onsite instructions, structured into three key modules: Care for Older Adults and Dependent Individuals; Long-Term Care (LTC) System Management for Older Adults; and Business Design, Innovation, and Long-Term Care Management for Older Adults. Upon completion, graduates will receive an official certificate from the Ministry of Public Health.
