ชมรมฟุตบอลบุคลากร มฟล. ร่วมส่งเสริมค่านิยมองค์กร “T: TEAMWORK” จัดการแข่งขันฟุตบอล มุ่งส่งเสริมสุขภาพพร้อมสร้างสามัคคี

   ชมรมฟุตบอลบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับ ศูนย์กีฬามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดการแข่งขัน ‘ฟุตบอล 11 คน’ ระหว่างวันที่ 23-25 มิถุนายน 2569 โดยมีตัวแทนจาก 4 กลุ่มสี ส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน ประกอบด้วย สีชมพู สีม่วง สีเขียว และ สีฟ้า มีนักกีฬาทีมละ 30 คน โดยการแข่งขันนี้นับเป็นการส่งเสริมบรรยากาศก่อนเริ่มกิจกรรมกีฬาพนักงานสัมพันธ์ มฟล. ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งจะเริ่มมีการแข่งขันเก็บคะแนนกีฬาชนิดต่าง ๆ อย่างเป็นทางการในช่วงเดือนพฤศจิกายน-ธันวาคมนี้

   การแข่งขันฟุตบอลพนักงานครั้งนี้ นับเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งเสริมค่านิยมองค์กร ‘MFU FIRST’ ในหัวข้อ ‘T: Teamwork’ ด้วยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความสามัคคี เชื่อมความสัมพันธ์อันดีของบุคลากรจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ พร้อมสนับสนุนออกกำลังกายให้กับบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อให้มีสุขภาพจิตที่ดีและสุขภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง ด้วยนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี ‘Well-being’ อย่างยั่งยืน

   สำหรับผลการแข่งขัน เรียงตามลำดับดังนี้ อันดับที่ 1 สีชมพู, อันดับที่ 2 สีม่วง, อันดับที่ 3 สีเขียว และ อันดับที่ 4 สีฟ้า

   นายสุชาติ รัตนโรม จากศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ประธานชมรมฟุตบอลบุคลากร มฟล. กล่าวว่า
   “ชมรมฟุตบอลบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้จัดโครงการการแข่งขันฟุตบอล 11 คน โดยเชิญชวนตัวแทนนักกีฬาจาก 4 กลุ่มสี ที่ได้จัดแบ่งกลุ่มไว้แล้วสำหรับกิจกรรมพนักงานสัมพันธ์ มฟล. ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการตอบสนองนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยในการส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี และพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรในด้านต่าง ๆ และยังเป็นการส่งเสริมค่านิยมองค์กร ‘MFU FIRST’ ในการร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยไปสู่เป้าหมาย และเพื่อให้เกิดความความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะด้วยการส่งเสริมการออกกำลังกายที่ทำให้มีสุขภาพกายแข็งแรงและมีสุขภาพใจที่ดี”

MFU Staff Football Club Promotes Organizational Value ‘T: TEAMWORK’ with Football Tournament to Boost Health and Solidarity

The Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) Staff Football Club, in collaboration with the MFU Sports Center, organized an 11-a-side football tournament from June 23 to 25, 2026. The competition featured athletes representing four color-coded teams: Pink, Purple, Green, and Blue, with 30 players per team. This tournament served to build excitement ahead of the annual 2026 MFU Staff Games, which will officially begin their point-scoring competitions across various sports from November to December this year.

This staff football tournament is part of an initiative to promote the ‘MFU FIRST’ organizational core values, specifically focusing on ‘T: Teamwork’. It aims to foster unity, strengthen relationships among staff from various departments, and encourage physical exercise to promote the physical and mental health of university personnel. This aligns with the university’s policy on sustainable well-being.

The tournament concluded with the Pink team taking 1st place, followed by the Purple team in 2nd, the Green team in 3rd, and the Blue team in 4th place.

Mr. Suchart Rattanarom from the Academic Services Center, Chairman of the MFU Staff Football Club, stated:

“The MFU Staff Football Club organized this 11-a-side football tournament, inviting athletes from the four color groups already established for the 2026 MFU Staff Games. The project directly supports the university’s policy to enhance staff well-being and develop overall personnel potential. Furthermore, it reinforces the ‘MFU FIRST’ core values by encouraging collective efforts to drive the university toward its goals, while fostering solidarity through physical exercise that nurtures both healthy bodies and minds.”
