มฟล. จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ประจำปี 2569 หวังยกระดับการขายสินค้าและบริการที่มีมาตรฐาน ลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ร่วมสร้างคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีภายในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืน

สำนักงานจัดการทรัพย์สินและรายได้  มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้ประกอบการภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ครั้งที่ 2 เมื่อวันอังคารที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมประดู่แดง 1 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) โดยมี อาจารย์ศรุตนันท์ โสภณิก ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี เป็นประธานเปิดกิจกรรม, นางสาวปราณีย์ ขัติยะ รักษาการแทน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานจัดการทรัพย์สินและรายได้ กล่าวรายงาน

การอบรมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการอาหาร อาหารว่าง และเครื่องดื่มของมหาวิทยาลัย เกี่ยวกับความสำคัญของการคัดแยกขยะ และการเลือกใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ตลอดจนสร้างความตระหนักในการมีส่วนร่วมดูแลรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานของผู้ประกอบการอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีการอบรม 3 หัวข้อหลัก คือ “ความสำคัญของการแยกขยะ” โดยวิทยากร คุณพัทธยาพร อุ่นโรจน์ นักวิจัยประจำศูนย์จัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง, “ความสำคัญของการใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม” โดย นายแพทย์วีรฉัตร กิตติรัตนไพบูลย์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร  บริษัท บรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม จำกัด (มหาชน) และ “ร่างข้อกำหนดการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาอนุญาตให้ใช้พื้นที่ของผู้ประกอบการ” โดย ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานจัดการทรัพย์สินและรายได้

อาจารย์ศรุตนันท์ โสภณิก กล่าวว่า มหาวิทยาลัยให้ความสำคัญและส่งเสริมให้คัดแยกขยะและความสำคัญของการเลือกใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์ที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหาร อาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่มทุกท่านเป็นพลังสำคัญที่ร่วมขับเคลื่อนการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะที่ดีของคนภายในมหาวิทยาลัย และในวันนี้ มหาวิทยาลัยของเรามีเป้าหมายก้าวสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยสีเขียวอย่างยั่งยืน ซึ่งความสำเร็จจะเกิดขึ้นได้ย่อมมาจากความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน

MFU Empowers Campus Entrepreneurs for Eco-Friendly and Standardized Services

The Property and Asset Management Office at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) organized the 2nd Campus Entrepreneur Development Activity for the fiscal year 2026. The event took place on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at Pradoo Dang Meeting Room 1, General Sampao Choosri Building (E4). Mr. Sarutanan Sopanik, Assistant to the President, presided over the opening ceremony, while Ms. Pranee Kattiya, Acting Director of the Property and Asset  Management, delivered the report.

The training aimed to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the university’s food, snack, and beverage vendors regarding the importance of waste separation and the selection of eco-friendly packaging. It also sought to raise awareness and foster active participation in environmental preservation to elevate sustainable entrepreneurship standards. The session featured three main topics: “The Importance of Waste Separation” by guest speaker Ms. Pattayaporn Unroj, a researcher at MFU’s Center of Natural Resources and Environmental Management; “The Importance of Eco-Friendly Packaging” by Dr. Weerachat Kittirattanapaiboon, Chief Executive Officer of Biodegradable Packaging for Environment Public Company Limited (BPE) under the brand “Gracz”; and “Draft Rules and Regulations for Entrepreneurial Space Utilization Permits” by the Director of the Property and Asset Management.

Mr.Sarutanan Sopanik stated that the university prioritizes and promotes waste separation alongside the adoption of environmentally friendly packaging. Every food, snack, and beverage vendor plays a vital role in driving health and well-being within the campus. Currently, MFU aims to advance toward becoming a sustainably green university—a success that can only be achieved through the active collaboration of all sectors.
