กิจกรรม Presentation Day ปิดท้ายหลักสูตร "Integrating the Healthy Foods Value Chain: From Local to Functional Claim"

สำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มฟล. จัดการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการนานาชาติ หลักสูตร "Integrating the Healthy Foods Value Chain: From Local to Functional Claim" ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการ FMFC ระหว่างวันที่ 1 - 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรม 14 คน จากฟิลิปปินส์ อินเดีย มาเลเซีย เมียนมา เนปาล ไนจีเรีย และปากีสถาน นับเป็นโครงการเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือในระดับนานาชาติ และส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมที่ยั่งยืน โดยต่อยอดจากความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพอันอุดมสมบูรณ์ของจังหวัดเชียงรายและพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย

สำหรับวันสุดท้ายของหลักสูตรเป็นกิจกรรม “Presentation Day” ซึ่งเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ร่วมอบรมได้นำความรู้ที่ได้จากหลักสูตร ทั้งทางด้านห่วงโซ่คุณค่าของการผลิตอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพ การประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร กฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ และการรับรองที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านสุขภาพในระดับสากล นำมาบูรณาการและทดลองออกแบบโครงการของตนเอง และนำเสนอกับวิทยากรของโครงการ นำโดย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน หัวหน้าโครงการอบรมฯ และ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มาร์ค พิกนิตเทอร์  จากมหาวิทยาลัยเวียนนา

ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมในหลักสูตรนี้ นอกจากความรู้ในภาคทฤษฎีและการฝึกปฏิบัติการในห้องแล็บที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานแล้ว ยังมีโอกาสศึกษาดูงานในสถานประกอบการจริงภายในจังหวัดเชียงราย พะเยา และเชียงใหม่ ทำให้การทดลองออกแบบและนำเสนอโครงการมีความชัดเจน สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้จริง นับเป็นผลสำเร็จในการนำองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในห้องเรียน ออกไปใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง และมีสามารถผลิตในเชิงพาริชย์ สามารถสร้างคุณค่าและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างแท้จริง

MFU Hosts Presentation Day to Conclude 'Integrating the Healthy Foods Value Chain: From Local to Functional Claim' International Training Program

The School of Agro-Industry, Mae Fah Luang University, hosts an international intensive training workshop titled 'Integrating the Healthy Foods Value Chain: From Local to Functional Claim' as part of the FMFC project from July 1–15, 2026. The program welcomes 14 participants from the Philippines, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, and Pakistan, successfully fostering international cooperation and driving sustainable innovation by leveraging the rich biodiversity of Chiang Rai and Northern Thailand.

The final day of the programme features project presentations, providing participants an opportunity to integrate their acquired knowledge—spanning healthy food value chains, food quality assurance, and international health-related regulations and certifications. Participants design their own mock projects and present them to the program's expert speakers, led by Professor Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen, Head of the Program, and Professor Dr. Marc Pignitter, University of Vienna.

Beyond theoretical lectures and hands-on laboratory sessions in certified facilities, participants embark on educational field trips to actual processing plants and enterprises in Chiang Rai, Phayao, and Chiang Mai. This experiential learning enables them to develop clear, viable project designs, marking a significant milestone in translating classroom scientific knowledge into tangible, commercialized products that create authentic value and elevate consumer well-being.
