สำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มฟล. ปิดโครงการ ISC 2026 "Sustainable Food Systems & Cultural Discovery" มอบประกาศนียบัตรนักศึกษาต่างชาติ หลังฝึกปฏิบัติเข้มข้น 14 วัน

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยสำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ร่วมกับศูนย์บริการวิชาการ จัดพิธีปิดโครงการ The 3rd International Short Course Program 2026 "Sustainable Food Systems & Cultural Discovery Program" เมื่อวันที่ 12 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นับเป็นวันสุดท้ายของโครงการที่ดำเนินมาต่อเนื่องรวม 14 วัน แบ่งเป็นการเรียนออนไลน์ 4 วัน และกิจกรรมภาคสนามในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยและจังหวัดเชียงราย-พะเยา 10 วัน

กิจกรรมวันสุดท้ายเริ่มต้นด้วยการนำเสนอผลงานกลุ่ม ซึ่งผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการนำเสนอสรุปประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ตลอดโครงการผ่านการบรรยายและวิดีโอคลิป พร้อมตอบแบบสอบถามประเมินผลโครงการ จากนั้นเป็นพิธีมอบประกาศนียบัตรและถ่ายภาพร่วมกัน ก่อนปิดท้ายด้วยงานเลี้ยงอำลาซึ่งมีการแสดงจากผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการและนักศึกษามฟล. พร้อมกล่าวความรู้สึกจากคณบดี เจ้าหน้าที่ และผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ

ตลอดระยะเวลาของโครงการ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและฝึกปฏิบัติจริงในหลากหลายด้าน อาทิ ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรและสุขภาพ การนวดแผนไทย กาแฟ การแปรรูปและชิมชาที่ดอยแม่สลอง คราฟต์เบียร์ และผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปจากข้าว ตลอดจนได้ทัศนศึกษาสถานที่สำคัญในจังหวัดเชียงรายและพะเยา ซึ่งประสบการณ์ตรงจากพื้นที่จริงเหล่านี้จะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญต่อการต่อยอดความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับสถาบันการศึกษาต่างประเทศในระยะยาว

มฟล. ดำเนินโครงการ International Short Course Program ต่อเนื่องเป็นครั้งที่ 3 ตอกย้ำบทบาทศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการนานาชาติในภูมิภาคล้านนาตะวันออก โดยหลังพิธีปิด ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการมีกำหนดเดินทางกลับประเทศผ่านท่าอากาศยานแม่ฟ้าหลวง เชียงราย และจะมีการติดตามผลโครงการผ่านระบบออนไลน์อีกครั้งในระยะต่อไป

MFU School of Agro-Industry Concludes International Short Course 2026, Awarding Certificates to International Participants After 14-Day Program

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through the School of Agro-Industry and the Center for Academic Services, held the closing ceremony for the 3rd International Short Course Program 2026, "Sustainable Food Systems & Cultural Discovery Program," on August 12, 2026, at MFU. The ceremony concluded an intensive 14-day itinerary, combining 4 days of online learning with 10 days of field activities across Chiang Rai and Phayao provinces.

The final day began with group presentations, where participants reflected on their learning journey through oral reports and video summaries before completing the program evaluation.  The event proceeded with the certificate presentation and group photo session, ending with a farewell dinner featuring student performances and reflections shared by the Dean, organizers,  and participants.

Throughout the two-week program, participants gained both theoretical insights and practical experience in herbal healthcare products, traditional Thai massage, coffee, tea processing and tasting on Doi Mae Salong, craft brewing, and rice-based products. Field trips to cultural landmarks in Chiang Rai and Phayao furthered enriched their stay. These firsthand experiences lay a strong foundation for long-term academic partnerships between MFU and its global institution network.

Now in its third consecutive year, MFU's International Short Course Program continues to solidify the university's position as an academic hub in the Eastern Lanna region. Following the closing ceremony, participants departed via Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport, with an online follow-up session scheduled to track program outcomes in the coming weeks.
