มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) ร่วมกับบริษัท เอ็มดีพีไอ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด จัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาทางวิชาการในหัวข้อ MDPI Academic Publishing Workshop เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพด้านการผลิตผลงานวิชาการให้แก่นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา คณาจารย์ นักวิจัย และผู้สนใจ เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30 - 16.30 น. ณ ห้อง 518 อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย

โดยมี ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง กล่าวเปิดงาน ทั้งนี้ ศ.ดร.สาโรจน์ รอดคืน จากสำนักวิชาอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มฟล. ประสานงานการจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้

เนื้อหาของเวิร์กช็อปครอบคลุมทักษะสำคัญที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักวิจัยยุคใหม่ ได้แก่ กระบวนการเขียนบทความวิทยาศาสตร์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การออกแบบและนำเสนอข้อมูลทางวิชาการ กระบวนการบรรณาธิการและการตรวจสอบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (Peer Review) ของ MDPI การตอบสนองต่อข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ตลอดจนบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการตีพิมพ์ผลงานวิชาการ

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนในหัวข้อ "ความสำคัญของผลงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ต่อมหาวิทยาลัย" โดยผู้แทนจากสำนักบัณฑิตศึกษา ส่วนบริหารงานวิจัย และส่วนการเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อสะท้อนมุมมองเชิงนโยบายและการปฏิบัติจากหลายภาคส่วนภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

MFU and MDPI Host Academic Publishing Workshop to Strengthen Research Output

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) in partnership with MDPI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. held the “MDPI Academic Publishing Workshop” on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the General Sampao Choosri Building (E4).The full-day seminar aimed to equip graduate students, faculty, and researchers with essential strategies for international journals publication.

Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of MFU , delivered the opening remarks while Professor Dr. Saroat Rawdkuen from the School of Agro-Industry coordinated the successful event.

Led by MDPI experts, the comprehensive workshop covered critical competencies for modern researchers.  Key sessions focused on efficient scientific writing,  data visualization and layout guidelines, the MDPI editorial and peer review process, and effective approaches to reviewer feedback. Additionally, the event addressed the emerging role of artificial intelligence in scientific publishing.

The workshop concluded with a vital panel discussion titled "How Important Are Published Papers for the University?" Featuring insights from MFU's Office of Postgraduate Studies, Research Administration Division, and Personnel Development Unit, the panel offered a holistic view of how research publications drive institutional growth and policy alignment.
