มฟล. จัดโครงการฉีดวัคซีนและทำหมันสุนัข-แมวจรภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

ส่วนอาคารสถานที่ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดโครงการฉีดวัคซีนและทำหมันสุนัขและแมวจร เมื่อวันอาทิตย์ที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 – 16.00 น. ณ อาคารเรียนรวม 5 (C5) ห้อง 301 เพื่อควบคุมประชากรสัตว์ ป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโรคพิษสุนัขบ้า และสร้างความปลอดภัยด้านสุขอนามัยให้แก่บุคลากรและนักศึกษา

การดำเนินโครงการเริ่มจากการลงทะเบียนรับมอบสุนัขและแมวจากผู้ประสานงาน จากนั้นสัตวแพทย์ทำการคัดกรองและประเมินสุขภาพสัตว์ก่อนเข้ารับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคพิษสุนัขบ้าและทำหมัน โดยสัตว์ทุกตัวต้องผ่านการประเมินและมีสุขภาพแข็งแรงเพียงพอก่อนเข้ารับการผ่าตัด ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้น ผู้ประสานงานรับมอบสัตว์คืนพร้อมคำแนะนำจากสัตวแพทย์สำหรับการดูแลต่อเนื่อง

มฟล. จะติดตามดูแลสัตว์ที่ผ่านการทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีนอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อการจัดการประชากรสัตว์ภายในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU Conducts Stray Animal Vaccination and Sterilization Program

The Buildings and Grounds Division of Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) conducted a stray dog and cat vaccination and sterilization program on Sunday, May 24, 2026, from 09:00 to 16:00, at Room 301, Lecture Hall 5 (C5). The program aimed to effectively manage the campus stray animal population, prevent the spread of rabies, and safeguard the health and safety of university staff and students.

The program began with the registration and intake of animals brought in by campus coordinators. Attending veterinarians then conducted thorough health screenings to assess each animal’s fitness for the procedures.  Only animals cleared as healthy and fit underwent rabies vaccinations and sterilization surgeries. Following the successful operations, the coordinators received the animals back, along with post-operative care instructions from the veterinary team to ensure safe recovery.

MFU will continue to monitor the vaccinated and sterilized animals to ensure sustainable and humane campus stray animal population management.
