อาจารย์และนักศึกษา มฟล. ร่วมซ้อมแผนโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ รับมือแผ่นดินไหว โรงพยาบาลแม่ฟ้าหลวง

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณรัฐ หัสชู อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 3 คน ได้แก่ นางสาวฐิติรัตน์ ใกล้ชิด นางสาวณิชาพัชร์ อินทโชติ และนางสาวสุธิกมล พรมดี เข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรและผู้ดำเนินการฝึกซ้อมแผนโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ (Disaster Logistics) ณ โรงพยาบาลแม่ฟ้าหลวง ต.แม่สลองใน อ.แม่ฟ้าหลวง จ.เชียงราย เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤษภาคม 2569

โรงพยาบาลแม่ฟ้าหลวงเป็นโรงพยาบาลของรัฐที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ชายแดนของจังหวัดเชียงราย ซึ่งมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผ่นดินไหว การฝึกซ้อมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมของบุคลากรในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินดังกล่าว โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์รวมทั้งสิ้น 70 คน

ทีมวิชาการจาก มฟล. ได้นำเสนอเครื่องมือที่พัฒนาขึ้นเฉพาะสำหรับบริบทของโรงพยาบาลแห่งนี้ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ โปรแกรมจำลองสถานการณ์โลจิสติกส์ (Logistics Simulation) สำหรับวางแผนการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้ป่วยอย่างเป็นระบบ การกำหนดเส้นทางอพยพที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ และคู่มือเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือแผ่นดินไหวที่จัดทำขึ้นสำหรับโรงพยาบาลโดยเฉพาะ เครื่องมือทั้งหมดเป็นผลผลิตจากการบูรณาการการเรียนการสอนเข้ากับงานวิจัย (Co-research) ระหว่างอาจารย์และนักศึกษา

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวสะท้อนถึงความเชี่ยวชาญของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มฟล. ในศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการโลจิสติกส์โรงพยาบาล (Hospital Logistics) และการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ และยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในฐานะที่พึ่งทางวิชาการของชุมชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกล ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ในด้านสุขภาพและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดี (SDG 3) เมืองและชุมชนที่ยั่งยืน (SDG 11) และการสร้างหุ้นส่วนความร่วมมือ (SDG 17)

MFU Faculty and Students Lead Disaster Logistics Drill at Mae Fah Luang Hospital

Assistant Professor Dr. Narat Hasachoo, a lecturer in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at Mae Fah Luang University’s (MFU) School of Management, along with three third-year students—Ms. Thitirat Klaichit, Ms. Nichaphat Inthachot, and Ms. Suthikamon Promdee—served as guest speakers and simulation facilitators for a Disaster Logistics drill at Mae Fah Luang Hospital, Mae Salong Nai Sub-district, Mae Fah Luang District, Chiang Rai Province, on  May 21, 2026.

The drill was initiated by Mae Fah Luang Hospital, a public healthcare facility serving a remote border community, to strengthen institutional readiness against earthquake scenarios, to which the area is particularly vulnerable. The session drew 70 participants, including hospital executives and medical personnel.

The MFU academic team introduced three tailored  tools developed specifically for the hospital's operational context: a Logistics Simulation program to systematically plan emergency patient movement,  a set of strategic evacuation routes designed for the facility's physical layout, and a customised Earthquake Preparedness Manual for hospital staff.

All tools were developed through a co-research model in which faculty and students collaborate to produce outputs with direct real-world application — translating classroom knowledge into practical community service.

The initiative highlights the School of Management's research strengths in Hospital Logistics and Disaster Logistics, reinforcing MFU's role as an academic resource for underserved communities in northern Thailand. The activity aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
