รองอธิการบดี มฟล. ร่วมเวที International Staff Training Week ครั้งที่ 16 ณ ประเทศโปแลนด์ เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองในระดับสากล

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ร่มเย็น โกไศยกานนท์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) เข้าร่วมงาน International Staff Training Week ครั้งที่ 16 ภายใต้โครงการ Erasmus+ จัดขึ้น ณ University of Applied Sciences (UAS) เมืองนีซา ประเทศโปแลนด์ ระหว่างวันที่ 18–22 พฤษภาคม 2569

ในโอกาสนี้ ผศ. ดร.ร่มเย็น ได้รับเกียรติเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายพิเศษในหัวข้อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอุดมศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ในยุคที่โลกาภิวัตน์ถดถอยและการรวมกลุ่มพันธมิตรทางเศรษฐกิจ สะท้อนบทบาทของ มฟล. ในการนำเสนอมุมมองจากเอเชียในเวทีวิชาการระดับโลก

งานปีนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด "Change Management at the Universities" มุ่งแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับความท้าทายที่มหาวิทยาลัยทั่วโลกกำลังเผชิญ ทั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเทคโนโลยี การก้าวขึ้นมาของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และความคาดหวังของนักศึกษายุคใหม่ที่ส่งผลให้มหาวิทยาลัยต้องปรับกลยุทธ์การบริหาร หลักสูตร และรูปแบบการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

งานดังกล่าวรวบรวมผู้แทนจากมหาวิทยาลัยและสถาบันการศึกษากว่า 30 แห่งจากยุโรป เอเชีย และแอฟริกา เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ผ่านการบรรยาย เวิร์กช็อป และการอภิปรายในหัวข้อสำคัญ อาทิ การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่ดิจิทัล การนำ AI มาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนและการบริหาร และการสร้างความเป็นนานาชาติในระดับอุดมศึกษา

นอกจากนี้ ผศ. ดร.ร่มเย็น ยังได้หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับอธิการบดีและรองอธิการบดีของ UAS ในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง พยาบาลศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา โดยมีแผนเริ่มต้นจากการแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์ระหว่างสองสถาบัน

MFU Vice President Attends 16th International Staff Training Week in Poland to Share Global Perspectives

Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen Kosaikanont, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), attended the 16th International Staff Training Week, held under the Erasmus+ program at the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) in Nysa, Poland, from May 18-22, 2026. On this occasion, she was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a presentation on the transformation of higher education and learning amidst deglobalization and friendshoring, reflecting MFU's prominent role in presenting Asian perspectives on a global academic stage.

Held under the theme "Change Management at the Universities", the event focused on the multifaceted challenges facing higher education institutions today — from rapid technological shift and the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evolving student expectations — all of which are pressing institutions to continually adapt their strategies, curricula, and management models.

The event brought together representatives from over 30 universities and higher education institutions across Europe, Asia, and Africa. Through a series of lectures, workshops, and panel discussions, participants explored critical topics including the digital transformation of higher education, the integration of AI tools in teaching and administration, and the internationalization of higher education.

Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen also held discussions with the Rector and Vice-Rector of UAS  to explore potential academic cooperation in cosmetic science, nursing, and sports science, with faculty exchange as an initial step.

This participation reflects MFU’s ongoing commitment to exchanging global perspectives and engaging in collaborative dialogues to build strong international relationships and foster meaningful academic partnerships.
