มฟล. จัดอบรมพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับบุคลากร เสริมศักยภาพและยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารในองค์กรและระดับนานาชาติ

สถาบันนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดกิจกรรมอบรมพัฒนาทักษะภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ระหว่างวันที่ 3 สิงหาคม – 7 พฤศจิกายน 2569 จำนวน 5 หลักสูตร รวมกว่า 200 คน ด้วยภาษาอังกฤษเป็นทักษะสำคัญที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานในระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีความเป็นนานาชาติ ทั้งในการสื่อสาร การจัดการเรียนการสอน การให้บริการวิชาการ และการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับต่างประเทศ ล้วนต้องอาศัยความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษของบุคลากรเป็นสำคัญ

การอบรมครั้งนี้ จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยคณาจารย์จากสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ โดยมีเป้าหมายในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะด้านการสื่อสารภายในองค์กรและระดับสากล ทั้งทักษะการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน รวมถึงการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในบริบทการทำงานจริง สร้างความมั่นใจในการติดต่อประสานงานกับชาวต่างชาติ พัฒนาทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาที่มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสมกับกลุ่มเป้าหมาย พร้อมเสริมสร้างภาพลักษณ์องค์กรสู่ระดับนานาชาติ

โดยโครงการนี้มีความสอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ฉบับที่ 5 ในด้านการพัฒนากำลังคนให้เป็นผู้เรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (Lifelong Learner) และการยกระดับความเป็นพลเมืองโลก (Global Citizenship) โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้มีทักษะที่จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 สามารถปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และสร้างผลงานที่มีคุณภาพในระดับนานาชาติ อีกทั้งยังสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาประเทศและเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนด้านการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพ (SDG 4) ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมโอกาสในการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับทุกคน

MFU Organizes English Skills Training for Staff to Enhance Capabilities and Elevate Organizational and International Communication Efficiency

The MFU Learning Innovation Institute is organizing an English skills training program for university staff, held from August 3 to November 7, 2026. The training comprises five courses and welcomes over 200 participants. English proficiency is an essential skill for working in higher education—particularly within an international university environment—where daily operations, teaching and learning, academic services, and international network building heavily rely on staff members' language capabilities.

Instructed by faculty members from the School of Liberal Arts, the program aims to strengthen communication competencies both within the organization and internationally. It covers listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as practical application in real workplace contexts. The training also focuses on building confidence in collaborating with international partners, enhancing English proficiency and creating accurate content tailored to specific target audiences to bolster MFU’s international image.

Furthermore, this project aligns with the fifth Mae Fah Luang University Development Plan regarding workforce development toward lifelong learning and global citizenship. The initiative focuses on empowering staff with essential 21st-century skills, enabling them to adapt to changes and produce high-quality work internationally. It also supports national development strategies and Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4: Quality Education), which promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.
