มฟล. จัดกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การจัดทำและการกำกับติดตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพ ตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA ระดับอาเซียน

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดย ส่วนประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตร จัดกิจกรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การจัดทำและการกำกับติดตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพ (Improvement Plan) ตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA ระดับอาเซียน โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กภ.วรินทร์ กฤตยาเกียรณ อาจารย์ประจำคณะกายภาพบำบัด มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เป็นวิทยากร และมี นายชัยพงศ์ แกล้วกล้า หัวหน้าส่วนประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตร กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมและกล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรม โดยมีผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมระหว่างวันที่ 6–7 สิงหาคม 2569 ณ ห้องพวงชมพู อาคาร E-Park (M-Square) มฟล.

กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อตอบสนองนโยบายด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพของมหาวิทยาลัย ในการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัย ที่มุ่งเน้นให้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ AUN-QA ในระดับอาเซียน

การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในครั้งนี้ วิทยากรได้ให้การบรรยายในหัวข้อ ความสำคัญของการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพและการติดตาม Improvement Plan ซึ่งเน้นถึงประโยชน์ของแผนพัฒนาในการเสริมสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในมหาวิทยาลัยให้สามารถแข่งขันในระดับนานาชาติ นอกจากนี้ วิทยากรยังได้อธิบายแนวทางการจัดทำ Improvement Plan ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเน้นการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณภาพ การกำหนดแนวทางแก้ไข การจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และการติดตามผลลัพธ์ เพื่อให้กระบวนการพัฒนาเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง

จากนั้นได้เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้แทนจากหลักสูตรต่าง ๆ นำเสนอ Improvement Plan เพื่อร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และรับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากวิทยากร ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต, หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม, หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง, หลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการสุขภาพชายแดน, หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง, หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาเคมีประยุกต์, หลักสูตรการแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์บัณฑิต และ หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย

MFU Hosts Knowledge Sharing Session on AUN-QA Quality Improvement Plans

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through the Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Division, organized a knowledge sharing session on the development and monitoring of Quality Improvement Plans based on ASEAN-level AUN-QA criteria. 
.
The event featured Associate Professor Dr. Varin Krityakiarana from the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Mahidol University, as the guest speaker. Mr. Chaipong Klaewkla, Head of the Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Division, delivered welcoming remarks and outlined the event’s objectives. University executives, academic staff, and relevant personnel attended the session  from August 6–7, 2026, in the Puang Chompoo Room, E-Park Building (M-Square), MFU.

This activity aligns with the university’s quality development policy to  strengthen the  internal quality assurance at the program level in accordance with  AUN-QA standards.

During the session, the guest speaker delivered a lecture titled "The Importance of Quality Improvement Plan Development and Improvement Plan Monitoring," emphasizing how strategic improvement plans enhance educational standards and international competitiveness. The lecture also provided practical guidelines for effective Improvement Plan formulation, focusing on quality data analysis, corrective measures, prioritization, and continuous tracking.

Representatives from various programs then presented their Improvement Plans to exchange ideas and receive expert feedback.  Participating programs included the Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health, Master of Science in Cosmetic Science, Master of Public Health in Border Health Management, Bachelor of Science  in Cosmetic Science, Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry, Bachelor of Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, and Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety.
