มฟล. ลงพื้นที่ประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคมโครงการพัฒนาเกษตรกรดิจิทัล แม่จัน เชียงราย

ศูนย์บริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำบุคลากรลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในโครงการวิจัยพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่สู่การเป็นเกษตรกรดิจิทัล เมื่อวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ โอโซนฟาร์ม ตำบลแม่คำ อำเภอแม่จัน จังหวัดเชียงราย เพื่อฝึกปฏิบัติการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและรวบรวมข้อมูลสำหรับการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (Social Return on Investment: SROI)

บุคลากรแบ่งกลุ่มสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียของโครงการทั้งในช่วงเช้าและบ่าย ณ โอโซนฟาร์ม ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ดำเนินงานจริงของโครงการที่มุ่งพัฒนาเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ให้นำเครื่องมือดิจิทัลด้านการเกษตรและแนวทางการเรียนรู้แบบผสมผสาน (Collaborative Blended Learning) มาใช้ยกระดับการผลิตทางการเกษตร ก่อนปิดท้ายด้วยการสรุปข้อมูลภาคสนามร่วมกัน

ข้อมูลที่ได้จะถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์และบันทึกลงในตารางคำนวณ SROI ในวันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ มฟล. เพื่อแปลงผลลัพธ์ทางสังคมให้อยู่ในรูปของตัวชี้วัดและค่าตัวแทนทางการเงิน (Financial Proxy) สะท้อนคุณค่าของโครงการต่อชุมชนเกษตรกรในพื้นที่อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกิจกรรมฝึกปฏิบัติการ SROI ที่ศูนย์บริการวิชาการจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 4–7 และ 9 มิถุนายน 2569 ซึ่งสะท้อนพันธกิจของ มฟล. ในการบูรณาการงานวิจัยเข้ากับการพัฒนาชุมชน และการวัดผลกระทบทางสังคมของโครงการอย่างมีมาตรฐาน

MFU Conducts SROI Field Assessment for Digital Farmer Development Project in Mae Chan, Chiang Rai

The Academic Services Center at Mae Fah Luang University led a research team to collect stakeholder data for the digital agriculture promotion for young farmers project on June 6, 2026, at Ozone Farm, Mae Kham Sub-district, Mae Chan District, Chiang Rai Province. The visit was part of a practical training program on stakeholder data collection and Social Return on Investment (SROI) calculation.

The team split into two groups to conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews throughout the morning and afternoon at Ozone Farm, the project's actual operational site. The project aims to equip young farmers with essential digital farming tools and a collaborative blended learning approach to enhance agricultural productivity. The day concluded with a group debrief to consolidate field findings, key issues, and data collection challenges.

Data gathered from the visit will be analyzed and entered into the SROI calculation spreadsheet on June 7, 2026, at MFU, translating social outcomes into measurable indicators and financial proxies to demonstrate the project's tangible impact on farming communities in Chiang Rai.

The field visit is part of an SROI practical training series organized by the Academic Services Center from June 4–7 and 9, 2026.  This initiative reflects MFU's commitment to integrating research with community development and evaluating the social impact of its academic service projects through standardized, measurable frameworks.
