มฟล. เปิดพื้นที่เครือข่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ความเป็นสากล

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยส่วนพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ จัดกิจกรรม "Connect & Co-Create: Global Mind Starts with Us" สำหรับคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ (GR Network) เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ห้องวนาสวรรค์ วนาศรม มฟล. มุ่งเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจด้านความเป็นสากลและสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างบุคลากรจากทุกหน่วยงาน

กิจกรรมจัดในรูปแบบ workshop เชิงปฏิบัติการครึ่งวัน ประกอบด้วย 5 กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ "World in Our Hands" "Same Campus, Different Perspectives" "Small Actions, Shared Future" กิจกรรมสะท้อนการเรียนรู้ และ "One Thing I'd Like to Bring Back to My Team" พร้อมการบรรยายพิเศษหัวข้อ "Why Global Mindset Matters" โดยคุณพรทิพย์ กาญจนนิยต ที่ปรึกษาพิเศษศูนย์ SEAMEO RIHED

ช่วง Reflection & Shared Perspective นำโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ร่มเย็น โกไศยกานนท์ รองอธิการบดี มฟล. ซึ่งย้ำว่า GR Network เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่เวทีนานาชาติ และความหลากหลายของบุคลากรคือพลังแท้จริงของการพัฒนา จากนั้นนางสาววรรณภา ทิพยศักดิ์ หัวหน้าส่วนพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ นำเสนอภาพรวมการทำงานและโครงการของหน่วยงาน โดยเน้นให้เครือข่ายนี้เป็นพื้นที่ร่วมคิด ร่วมสร้าง ไม่ใช่เพียงรับข้อมูล

GR Network ถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการเชื่อมประสานบุคลากรจากทุกส่วนงานให้มีความเข้าใจและพร้อมรับมือกับบริบทนานาชาติที่เกิดขึ้นในงานประจำวัน ตลอดจนร่วมกันสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่เปิดกว้างต่อความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมและมุมมองจากทั่วโลก อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนมหาวิทยาลัยสู่ความเป็นสากล และสนับสนุนพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้เป็น Global Citizens ที่มีความรู้ ทักษะ และความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโลก พร้อมดำรงชีวิตและทำงานอย่างมีคุณค่าในโลกที่เชื่อมโยงถึงกัน

MFU Hosts GR Network Workshop to Enhance Global Mindset Among Staff

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through the Global Relations Division, hosted  the "Connect & Co-Create: Global Mind Starts with Us" workshop on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at the Wanasawan Room, Wanasorm, MFU. The event gathered staff from across all divisions to strengthen the university’s Global Relations (GR) Network and foster internal collaboration for internationalization.

The half-day program featured five hands-on activities — "World in Our Hands," "Same Campus, Different Perspectives," "Small Actions, Shared Future," a group reflection session, and "One Thing I'd Like to Bring Back to My Team" — all designed to encourage dialogue and build shared understanding.  The program also included a special lecture on "Why Global Mindset Matters," by Ms. Pornthip Kanjananiyot, Special Advisor to SEAMEO RIHED, who highlighted the role of higher education institutions in an increasingly interconnected world.

In the Reflection and Shared Perspective session, Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen Kosaikanont, MFU Vice President, emphasized the importance of the GR Network as a key mechanism supporting the university’s internationalization efforts and highlighted the role of staff diversity in driving institutional development. Ms. Wannapa Thipayasak, Head of the Global Relations Division, closed the event with an overview of the division's ongoing projects, encouraging participants to view the network as a space for co-creation rather than top-down communication.

Ultimately, the GR Network connects staff across all MFU units to navigate international contexts in their daily operations,  directly in line with the university's founding philosophy: "Planting Forests, Building People."
