มฟล. ลงพื้นที่ชุมชนนางแล วัดผลตอบแทนทางสังคมโครงการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ด้วยการแพทย์บูรณาการ

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยศูนย์บริการวิชาการ จัดกิจกรรมลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนต้นแบบเพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาวะและป้องกันความเสี่ยงล้มในวัยก่อนสูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์บูรณาการ เมื่อวันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ศาลาอเนกประสงค์ หมู่ 16 ตำบลนางแล อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย ภายใต้โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "ผู้ประเมินผลกระทบทางสังคม (Social Impact Assessment: SIA) และผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (Social Return on Investment: SROI) ของโครงการบริการวิชาการ" รุ่นที่ 2

กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้บุคลากรได้ฝึกปฏิบัติการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนามจริง ผ่านการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการวัยก่อนสูงอายุและผู้สูงอายุ ครอบครัวของผู้เข้าร่วม ผู้นำชุมชนนางแล และแกนนำสุขภาพในพื้นที่ รวมกว่า 45 คน เพื่อรวบรวมปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องสำหรับการวิเคราะห์และกำหนดค่าตัวแทนทางการเงิน (Financial Proxy) ในการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม

อาจารย์ภานุพงศ์ ภัทรเชาว์ รองคณบดีสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มฟล. และประธานคณะทำงาน กล่าวว่า การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นหัวใจสำคัญของกระบวนการประเมิน SROI เนื่องจากข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียโดยตรงจะสะท้อนคุณค่าที่แท้จริงของโครงการต่อชุมชน และทำให้มหาวิทยาลัยได้ฟังเสียงของชุมชนอย่างจริงจัง เพื่อให้รู้ว่าโครงการสร้างประโยชน์ในด้านใดและควรพัฒนาต่อในทิศทางใด ซึ่งไม่สามารถวัดได้จากตัวชี้วัดเชิงปริมาณเพียงอย่างเดียว

หลังเสร็จสิ้นการสัมภาษณ์ภาคสนาม คณะทำงานได้ร่วมกันสรุปและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลที่ได้รับ โดยมีกำหนดดำเนินการต่อในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมศูนย์บริการวิชาการ อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มฟล. เพื่อสรุปข้อมูลลงตารางคำนวณ SROI พร้อมมอบหมายคณะทำงานจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลและวางแผนการดำเนินงานในระยะถัดไป

โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพันธกิจบริการวิชาการของ มฟล. ที่มุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในการประเมินผลกระทบทางสังคมอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้โครงการบริการวิชาการของมหาวิทยาลัยสามารถแสดงคุณค่าและผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกับชุมชนได้อย่างชัดเจนและเป็นรูปธรรม

MFU  Conducts SROI Assessment in Nang Lae Community

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through its Academic Services Center, conducted a stakeholder data collection field visit on June 29, 2026, at the multipurpose hall in Village No. 16, Nang Lae Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Rai District.
Held as part of the second cohort of the workshop on "Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Social Return on Investment (SROI) for Academic Service Projects," the activity aimed to gather firsthand data to evaluate the social return on investment of the Model Community Development Project for Health Promotion and Fall Risk Prevention among Pre-Elderly and Elderly Populations Using Integrative Medicine.

The MFU working team conducted in-depth interviews with four stakeholder groups — pre-elderly and elderly project participants, family members, community leaders, and local health advocates — engaging over 45 individuals in total. These interviews captured lived experiences and perceived benefits that standard quantitative indicators cannot fully reflect, establishing the necessary foundation to determine Financial Proxies for SROI calculations.

Ajarn Phanupong Phattrachao, Associate Dean of the School of Health Science and Chair of the Working Team, stated that this field visit was essential to the SROI assessment. He emphasized that gathering direct stakeholder feedback allowed the university to genuinely listen to the community, understand the project's true impact, and identify areas for future development. .
Following the field interviews, the working team will reconvene on June 30, 2026 at the Academic Services Center,  General Samphao Choosri Building (E4), MFU, to enter the data into the SROI calculation framework, and draft  the final summary report for the next phase of development.
