ธปท. ภาคเหนือหารือ มฟล. ขับเคลื่อนทักษะการเงินทั้งองค์กร

ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานภาคเหนือ เข้าพบผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือส่งเสริมทักษะทางการเงินครอบคลุมทั้งบุคลากรและนักศึกษา ภายใต้แนวคิด University-wide Financial Literacy เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและสร้างความมั่นคงทางการเงินในระยะยาว

เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ มฟล. จังหวัดเชียงราย นายณัฏฐ์ ลุมพิกานนท์ ผู้อำนวยการ ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย (ธปท.) สำนักงานภาคเหนือ นำคณะเข้าพบผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ร่มเย็น โกไศยกานนท์ เพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือส่งเสริมทักษะทางการเงิน (Financial Literacy) ในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย

ในการนี้ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณัฐกาญจน์ รุ่งเรือง ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดี อาจารย์ ดร.ปริญญากรณ์ แพงศรี รองคณบดีสำนักวิชาการจัดการ นายกิติพงษ์ วงศ์ใจ รักษาการหัวหน้าส่วนการเจ้าหน้าที่ และชินวร ฑีฆะวัฒนากร นายกองค์การบริหารองค์การนักศึกษา (นายก อบ. มฟล.) ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมหารือ

การหารือครอบคลุมกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยและนักศึกษาซึ่งปัจจุบันเข้าถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินได้แล้ว โดยเน้นแนวทางเชิงป้องกัน เพื่อให้ทุกกลุ่มวางแผนการเงินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและมีความมั่นคง

คณะจาก ธปท. ประกอบด้วย นายณัฏฐ์ ลุมพิกานนท์ ผู้อำนวยการ นางสมิตานันช์ พรหมพินิจ และนางดวงทิพย์ ศิริกาญจนรักษ์ ผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการ และคุณสมหมาย ศิริธรรม ผู้วิเคราะห์อาวุโส

การเข้าหารือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นการขยายของความร่วมมือระหว่าง มฟล. และ ธปท. สำนักงานภาคเหนือ ในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย University-wide Financial Literacy เพื่อสร้างรากฐานความรู้ทางการเงินแก่ประชาคมมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเป็นระบบ

รองอธิการบดีเน้นย้ำวิสัยทัศน์มหาวิทยาลัยในการสร้างพลเมืองโลกที่มีสุขภาวะดีและยั่งยืน ระบุว่าสุขภาวะทางการเงินเป็นทักษะจำเป็นที่ควรปลูกฝังก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน เช่นเดียวกับบุคลากรที่ควรมีทักษะบริหารการเงินอย่างยั่งยืน

ทั้งสองฝ่ายเห็นพ้องจัดอบรมหลักสูตร "หมอเงิน" นำร่องในสำนักวิชาการจัดการ ก่อนขยายสู่นักศึกษาทั่วมหาวิทยาลัย ส่วนกิจกรรมสำหรับบุคลากรจะหารือในรายละเอียดต่อไป

ความร่วมมือยังครอบคลุมบริการ "คลินิกการเงิน" แก่บุคลากร นักศึกษา และชุมชนโดยรอบ ต่อยอดความร่วมมือระหว่าง ธปท. กับสหกรณ์ออมทรัพย์ มฟล. สอดคล้องนโยบายมหาวิทยาลัยด้าน Well-being and Sustainable Future

BOT Northern Region Meets MFU to Advance University-wide Financial Literacy

The Bank of Thailand's Northern Region Office met with Mae Fah Luang University executives to discuss a collaborative framework for promoting financial literacy across the institution, covering both staff and students under the “University-wide Financial Literacy” initiative.

On June 29, 2026, at MFU in Chiang Rai, Mr. Nutt Lumbikananda, Director of the Bank of Thailand (BOT) Northern Region Office, led a delegation to meet with Assistant Professor Dr. Romyen Kosaikanont, MFU Vice President, to explore partnership approaches for advancing financial literacy at the university level.

Associate Professor Dr. Natthakan Rungraeng, Assistant to the President; Dr. Parinyakorn Paengsri, Associate Dean of the School of Management; Mr. Kitipong Vongjai, Acting Head of the Personnel Division; and Chinavorn Teekawattanakorn, President of the MFU Student Administrative Organization, welcomed the delegation and joined the discussion.

Discussions focused on two target groups: university personnel—including those navigating debt management and those seeking to optimize their savings—and students who have growing access to various credit products. The meeting emphasized preventive measures designed to help all groups manage finances effectively, borrow responsibly,  and achieve long-term financial security in retirement.

The BOT delegation also included Ms. Samitanan Promphinit and Ms. Duangthip Sirikanchanarak, Deputy Directors; and Mr. Sommai Siritham, Senior Analyst.

The meeting marks a significant first step in the collaboration between MFU and BOT Northern Region Office to systematically build financial literacy across the university community through a structured framework.

The Vice President emphasized the university's vision of cultivating global citizens with strong well-being and a sustainable future, noting that financial well-being is an essential skill that should be developed before entering the workforce, while staff should likewise build sustainable financial management skills.

Both sides agreed to launch the "Money Doctor" training program, debuting it as a pilot project within the School of Management before expanding it university-wide. Activities for staff will be discussed in further detail.

The collaboration also includes a "Financial Clinic" service for staff, students, and the surrounding community, leveraging the existing cooperation between the Bank of Thailand and the MFU Savings Cooperative, in line with the university's “Well-being and Sustainable Future” policy.
