มฟล. จัดงานเฉลิมฉลองวันชาติฝรั่งเศส ส่งเสริมภาษาและวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศสแก่เยาวชนภาคเหนือ

หน่วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการฝรั่งเศส - อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดกิจกรรมเฉลิมฉลองวันชาติฝรั่งเศสและกิจกรรมแข่งขันสแคร็บเบิลภาษาฝรั่งเศส ประจำปี 2569 ในวันศุกร์ที่ 3 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30-16.00 น. ณ อาคารศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ (M-Square) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง 
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวมุ่งส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศส ตลอดจนให้ข้อมูลและแนะแนวแก่ผู้ที่สนใจศึกษาต่อ ณ สาธารณรัฐฝรั่งเศส มีวิทยากรนำโดยอาจารย์ Flavie Lepoutre รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าหน่วยความร่วมมือทางวิชาการฝรั่งเศส–อนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง และอาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ กิจกรรมดังกล่าวยังมีอาจารย์ Héloise Sangan ผู้อำนวยการสมาคมฝรั่งเศสเชียงราย อาจารย์ ทรงสวรรค์ บาร์เร็ตโต อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ และผู้ช่วยสอนภาษาฝรั่งเศส จำนวน 4 คน ภายใต้โครงการของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทย ได้แก่ Mr. Louca Bruno, Mr. Tao Descalzi, Miss. Lisa Bertsch and Mrs. Lola Bauer และ Mr. Gaël Mauerhan ชาวฝรั่งเศสที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงราย เข้าร่วมด้วย

ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมน่าสนใจมากมาย อาทิ การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศสผ่านขนมหวานฝรั่งเศส การเล่นเกมส์ทางภาษาฝรั่งเศส แนะแนวการศึกษาต่อประเทศฝรั่งเศส กิจกรรมการแข่งขันทักษะทางวิชาการ และการเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมของประเทศฝรั่งเศส โดยเฉพาะการแข่งขันสแคร็บเบิลภาษาฝรั่งเศส ที่จะช่วยเพิ่มพูนทักษะด้านคำศัพท์และบูรณาการการเรียนรู้ภาษาฝรั่งเศสเข้ากับเกมส์ทางวิชาการ

งานนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 60 คน จากจังหวัดเชียงรายและจังหวัดในภาคเหนือตอนบนอีก 5 จังหวัด และยังคงมีนักศึกษา บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยเป็นการเป็นการสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมของฝรั่งเศส ส่งเสริมการเผยแพร่ของภาษาและวัฒนธรรมฝรั่งเศส และสร้างความร่วมมือกับสถาบันการศึกษาต่างๆ ในภาคเหนือตอนบน เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ทางวิชาการระหว่างไทยและฝรั่งเศส และเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้เยาวชนได้เรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมต่างประเทศ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเป็นพลเมืองโลกในอนาคต

MFU hosts French National Day Celebration to Promote French Language and Culture Among Northern Youth

The French-Upper Mekong Sub-region Academic Cooperation Centre of Mae Fah Luang University organized the celebration of the French National Day and the annual French Scrabble competition. The event took place on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at M-Square building, Mae Fah Luang University.

These activities, focusing on promoting French language and culture, as well as providing information and insights to those interested in pursuing further studies in France, were led by Aj. Flavie Lepoutre—Acting Head of the French-Upper Mekong Sub-region Academic Cooperation Centre and a lecturer at the School of Liberal Arts—who also served as a Guest speaker. These events were attended by Miss. Héloise Sangan, Director of Alliance Française Chiang Rai, Ms. Songsavan Barretto, Lecturer at the School of Liberal Arts, as well as four French Teaching Assistants under the French Embassy to Thailand’s project namely Mr. Louca Bruno, Mr. Tao Descalzi, Miss. Lisa Bertsch and Mrs. Lola Bauer and Mr. Gaël Mauerhan, a French resident in Chiang Rai.

These two events featured a wide range of engaging activities, such as insights into French culture through its desserts, French language games, guidance on pursuing further studies in France, academic skills competitions, and cultural learning experiences. A highlight is the French Scrabble competition, which helps enhance vocabulary skills while integrating French language learning with academic gaming.
The events were attended by 60 secondary school pupils from Chiang Rai and five Northern provinces, as well as students and staff from Mae Fah Luang University. They aimed to foster an understanding of French culture, but also academic ties between Thailand and France and to offer young people the opportunity to learn foreign languages and cultures, thereby preparing them to become global citizens of the future, and finally to promote the dissemination of the French language, and to build partnerships with educational institutions across the Northern region.
