อธิการบดีมฟล.พบผู้ปกครอง ต้อนรับนักศึกษาใหม่ปีการศึกษา 2569 กว่า 4,000 คน

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดกิจกรรม "อธิการบดีพบผู้ปกครอง" นักศึกษาใหม่ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2569 เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 13.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมสมเด็จย่า อาคาร C4 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มัชฌิมา นราดิศร อธิการบดี พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมต้อนรับนักศึกษาและผู้ปกครองที่ทยอยเดินทางมาถึงมหาวิทยาลัย ก่อนนักศึกษาใหม่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการเรียนและการใช้ชีวิตในรั้วมหาวิทยาลัย

กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเป็นประจำทุกปี เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหารได้พบปะพูดคุยกับผู้ปกครอง ชี้แจงรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนตลอดหลักสูตร 4 ปี ระบบดูแลนักศึกษา พร้อมแนะนำผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ปีการศึกษา 2569 มฟล. มีผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษารวม 29,829 คน และมีนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ขึ้นทะเบียนแล้ว 4,243 คน แบ่งเป็นนักศึกษาไทย 3,910 คน และนักศึกษาต่างชาติ 333 คน จาก 15 ประเทศทั่วโลก (ข้อมูล ณ วันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569)

อธิการบดี ได้ย้ำถึงจุดเด่นของหลักสูตร มฟล. ที่จัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ นักศึกษาทุกสาขาต้องเรียนภาษาจีน 2 รายวิชา และฝึกสหกิจศึกษา 1 ภาคการศึกษา ก่อนสอบวัดความรู้ก่อนสำเร็จการศึกษา (Exit Examination) เพื่อประเมินความพร้อมทั้งด้านวิชาการและทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงาน

มหาวิทยาลัยยังมุ่งบ่มเพาะอัตลักษณ์นักศึกษา หรือ MFU Character ภายใต้เป้าหมาย "เก่ง ดี มีความสุข มีความเป็นพลเมืองโลก" พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการเรียนรู้ อาทิ ห้องสมุดและพื้นที่ทำงานร่วม

ด้านการดูแลนักศึกษาที่ขาดแคลนทุนทรัพย์ อธิการบดี กล่าวว่า มฟล. ยึดมั่นแนวคิดของอธิการบดีผู้ก่อตั้ง ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.วันชัย ศิริชนะ ที่ว่า "จะไม่มีนักศึกษาคนใดที่เรียนได้ ต้องออกจากมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งนี้เพราะความยากจน"

ในปีการศึกษา 2568 มฟล. จัดสรรทุนการศึกษาให้นักศึกษารวม 5,239 คน วงเงินกว่า 64.2 ล้านบาท พร้อมบริการเงินยืมฉุกเฉินและโครงการอาหารกลางวันสำหรับผู้มีความจำเป็น

ด้านสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพใจของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยมีโรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ให้บริการภายใต้สิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า พร้อมด้วยศูนย์บริการสุขภาพแบบครบวงจรแห่งภาคเหนือและอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง (MFU Wellness Center) และมีสำนักงานให้คำปรึกษาและช่วยเหลือนักศึกษา คอยให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นด้านการเรียน การใช้ชีวิต และสุขภาพจิต

ทั้งนี้ นักศึกษาใหม่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม "How to Live and Learn on Campus 2026" ระหว่างวันที่ 27-31 กรกฎาคม 2569 ก่อนเปิดภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2569 ในวันที่ 3 สิงหาคมนี้ พร้อมกันนี้ มฟล. ฝากเตือนให้ระมัดระวังมิจฉาชีพแอบอ้างเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่มหาวิทยาลัย ยืนยันไม่มีนโยบายให้โอนเงินนอกระบบชำระเงินของมหาวิทยาลัย หากพบเหตุน่าสงสัยแจ้งได้ที่ศูนย์รับแจ้งเหตุ มฟล. โทร. 053-916999 หรือสายด่วนศูนย์ AOC 1441 ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

MFU President Welcomes Parents of Over 4,000 New Students for Academic Year 2026

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) hosted its annual "President Meets Parents" event for the 2026 academic year on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Somdet Ya Auditorium (Building C4). Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, MFU President, along with university executives, faculty members, and staff, warmly welcomed new students and their families as they embark on their academic journey. .
This annual gathering brings university leaders and parents together, creating an opportunity to introduce the executive team, outline the 4-year curriculum, and explain MFU’s dedicated student support and welfare systems..
For the 2026 academic year, MFU attracted 29,829 applications, with 4,243 first-year students officially enrolled. This new cohort comprises 3,910 Thai students and 333 international students from 15 countries (as of June 29, 2026).

The President highlighted key features of MFU's curriculum, which uses English as the primary medium of instruction. To graduate, all students must complete two Chinese language courses, a one-semester cooperative education placement, and pass the comprehensive Exit Examination evaluating academic proficiency, IT literacy, and global awareness. .
Beyond academics, the university focus remains on developing  the "MFU Character," preparing graduates to be knowledgeable, ethical, happy, and responsible global citizens.

On financial support, the President reaffirmed the core philosophy, established by Professor Dr. Vanchai Sirichana, MFU's founding President: "No capable student shall ever be forced to leave this university due to poverty."

In the 2025 academic year, MFU allocated over 64.2 million Baht in scholarships to 5,239 students, in addition to emergency loans and student meal assistance programs.

To support student welfare, MFU provides integrated medical and mental healthcare through the MFU Medical Center Hospital under the Universal Coverage Scheme, the MFU Wellness Center, and the Student Counseling and Assistance Office. .
New students will participate in the "How to Live and Learn on Campus 2026" orientation program from July 27-31, before the first semester officially begins on August 3, 2026.
