มฟล. เปิดการแข่งขัน R2M#14 ระดับภาคเหนือ 7 สถาบัน 21 ทีม ชิงสุดยอดแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยส่วนจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนวัตกรรม จัดพิธีเปิดการแข่งขัน "โครงการเส้นทางสู่นวัตวณิชย์ ครั้งที่ 14 ระดับภูมิภาค (ภาคเหนือ)" หรือ Research to Market : R2M#14 เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.00-17.00 น. ณ ห้องคำมอกหลวง อาคาร E-Park ตึก M-Square มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเข้าร่วม 7 แห่ง รวม 21 ทีม

พิธีเปิดโดย ดร.สุมนรัตน์ ริยาพันธ์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ กองส่งเสริมและประสานเพื่อประโยชน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (กปว.) กระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม พร้อมด้วย ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุจิตรา วงศ์เกษมจิตต์ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สิทธิ ดวงเพชร รองผู้อำนวยการโครงการอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคเหนือ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

การแข่งขันวันนี้แบ่งการนำเสนอแผนธุรกิจต่อคณะผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็น 2 ช่วง คือ ช่วงเช้า 10 ทีม และช่วงบ่าย 11 ทีม ก่อนรวบรวมคะแนนและประกาศผลพร้อมมอบรางวัลในช่วงท้ายกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ การแข่งขันจัดขึ้นภายใต้เครือข่ายอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภาคเหนือ ประกอบด้วยมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุตรดิตถ์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม และมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

โครงการเส้นทางสู่นวัตวณิชย์ (R2M) เปิดโอกาสให้นักวิจัย ผู้คิดค้นนวัตกรรม และนักศึกษา นำผลงานวิจัยมาพัฒนาโดยอาศัยกลไกและบริการของอุทยานวิทยาศาสตร์ภูมิภาค เพื่อต่อยอดงานวิจัยและเปิดช่องทางสร้างธุรกิจเทคโนโลยี และหวังให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่นำไปต่อยอดสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้งานวิจัยไทยต่อไป

โครงการ R2M เป็นเวทีระดับประเทศที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษานำผลงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมมาพัฒนาเป็นแผนธุรกิจ พร้อมรับคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการตลาดและการลงทุน การเป็นเจ้าภาพครั้งนี้สะท้อนบทบาทของ มฟล. ในการสนับสนุนระบบนิเวศนวัตกรรมของภาคเหนือ และผลักดันให้งานวิจัยของนักศึกษาก้าวสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงเศรษฐกิจและสังคมต่อไป

MFU Hosts R2M#14 Northern Regional Competition, 7 Institutions and 21 Teams Compete for Top Innovative Business Plan

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through its Office of Intellectual Property Management and Innovation (MFii), hosted the 14th Research to Market Regional Competition (Northern Region), or R2M#14 on July 9, 2026. The event took place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Kham Mok Luang Room, E-Park Building, M-Square, MFU. The competition brought together 21 teams from 7 higher education institutions.

The opening ceremony featured distinguished key speakers, including Dr. Sumonrat Riyapan, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst of the Bureau of Science, Research and Innovation Promotion and Utilization, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation; together with Professor Dr. Sujitra Wongkasemjit, Vice President of MFU; and Assistant Professor Dr. Sitthi Duangphet, Deputy Director of the Northern Science Park at MFU.

Throughout the day, teams presented their business plans to a panel of experts in two sessions: 10 teams in the morning and 11 teams in the afternoon. Scores were then compiled, followed by the results announcement and awards presentation at the conclusion of the event.

The R2M project provides an opportunity for researchers, innovators, and students to develop their research through the mechanisms and services of regional science parks.The competition was held under the collaboration of the Northern Science Park Network, which comprises Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Mai University, Maejo University, University of Phayao, Uttaradit Rajabhat University, Phibulsongkram Rajabhat University, and Naresuan University. This initiative aims to advance research into technology-based businesses, allowing participants to gain invaluable experience to add value to Thai research and innovation.

As a national platform, the Research to Market project enables students to transform research and innovation into viable business plans under the guidance of marketing and investment experts. MFU's role as host reflects the university's continued support for the northern innovation ecosystem  and its ongoing collaboration within the Northern Science Park Network to drive student research toward meaningful economic and social impact.
