มฟล. เปิดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "KM Best Practice" ยกระดับกระบวนการทำงานด้วยการจัดการความรู้

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง "KM Best Practice: การปรับปรุงกระบวนการโดยใช้ความรู้เป็นฐาน" วันแรกเมื่อวันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องพวงชมพู และห้องพู่ระหง อาคาร E-Park มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยการอบรมจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 13-14 กรกฎาคม 2569 มีบุคลากรจากสำนักวิชา ศูนย์ สถาบัน ส่วนงาน สำนักงาน และหน่วยงานพิเศษ เข้าร่วม 65 คน

นายชัยพงศ์ แกล้วกล้า หัวหน้าส่วนประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตร เป็นผู้เปิดกิจกรรม โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.นนทวัฒน์ สุขผล ที่ปรึกษาธนาคารออมสิน ด้านการบริหารจัดการตามเกณฑ์ประเมินคุณภาพรัฐวิสาหกิจและ TQA เป็นวิทยากรตลอดหลักสูตร ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการบรรยาย Workshop และการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างผู้เข้าร่วม

การอบรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นตามนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยที่ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ (Knowledge Management: KM) พัฒนาและยกระดับคุณภาพการทำงาน สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศและการจัดการความรู้ โดยเน้นการค้นหา แลกเปลี่ยน และถ่ายทอดวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ (Best Practices) รวมถึงการมุ่งสร้างนวัตกรรมในการทำงาน

ในวันแรก ผู้เข้าอบรมได้เรียนรู้หลักการค้นหาและแบ่งปันวิธีปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศตามเกณฑ์ EdPEx การปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานประจำวัน และการวิเคราะห์ระบุจุดสำคัญ/วิกฤตที่ต้องควบคุม ก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติจริงใน Workshop คัดเลือกและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงานที่สำคัญของหน่วยงานตนเอง และ Workshop การประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือคุณภาพโดยใช้ความรู้เป็นฐาน ปิดท้ายด้วยการสรุปและซักถาม

สำหรับวันที่สอง การอบรมจะดำเนินต่อในหัวข้อการสร้างความตระหนักเรื่องความเสี่ยงในกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน การประเมินความเสี่ยง การจัดทำ After Action Review (AAR) และการนำเสนอผลการปรับปรุงกระบวนการของแต่ละหน่วยงาน

ทั้งนี้ KM Best Practice คือการรวบรวมวิธีการทำงานที่ดีที่สุดจากผู้ปฏิบัติจริง เพื่อนำมาแบ่งปันและขยายผลให้ทุกคนสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีคุณภาพ และพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน

MFU Kicks Off "KM Best Practice" Workshop to Elevate Operations Through Knowledge Management

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) launched the first day of a workshop on "KM Best Practice: Process Improvement Through Knowledge-Based Approaches" on July 13, 2026, at Puangchompoo and Purahong Room, E-Park Building, MFU.  The two-day workshop, running through July 14, has brought together 65 staff members from various schools, centers, institutes, and divisions across the university.

Mr. Chaipong Klaewkla, Head of the Educational Quality Assurance and Curriculum Development Division, presided over the opening ceremony. Assistant Professor Dr. Nontawat Sukphon, an advisor to the Government Savings Bank on state enterprise quality assessment criteria and Thailand Quality Award (TQA) management, serves as the guest speaker throughout the program, guiding participants through lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive knowledge-sharing sessions.

The workshop is organized in line with the university's policy to leverage Knowledge Management (KM) as a tool to enhance operational quality, in accordance with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) for information and knowledge management. The program focuses on identifying, sharing, and transferring best practices, as well as fostering innovation in the workplace.

On the first day, participants explored the principles of identifying and sharing best practices under EdPEx criteria, improving daily operations, and analyzing critical control points.  They then applied these concepts in a hands-on workshop to select and analyze their respective units' key work processes, and to practice the application of knowledge-based quality improvement tools.  The day concluded with a summary and Q&A session.

On the second day, the program continues with sessions on risk awareness in operational processes, risk assessment, and  After Action Review (AAR). The event concludes with presentations from each unit on their  process-improvement outcomes.

Ultimately, “KM Best Practice” involves  gathering proven methods from actual practitioners,  and expanding them across the organization, ensuring all personnel can operate efficiently, maintain high standards,  and drive sustainable institutional development.
