มฟล. จัดอบรม "Sparking Creative Thinking" ปั้นบุคลากรใช้ Design Thinking พัฒนางาน

มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดยส่วนทรัพยากรบุคคล จัดโครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ หัวข้อ "Sparking Creative Thinking จุดประกายความคิดสร้างสรรค์" ในวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 – 16.00 น. ณ ห้องคำมอกหลวง ชั้น 5 อาคาร M-Square มฟล. เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 85 คน ให้สามารถนำกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) มาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานของตนเอง

โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อปิดช่องว่างสมรรถนะหลัก (Competency Gap) ด้าน CC03 - มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศ (Commitment to Excellence) จากผลการประเมินในปีที่ผ่านมาซึ่งพบว่าบุคลากรบางส่วนยังมีช่องว่างด้านดังกล่าว โดยจะนำ Design Thinking มาใช้กับภาระงานจริง เช่น การลดขั้นตอนซ้ำซ้อน การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการ และการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) มาช่วยเปลี่ยนงานประจำให้เป็นระบบอัตโนมัติ เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีเวลาไปใช้ในงานเชิงกลยุทธ์และสร้างสรรค์มากขึ้น

วิทยากรในการอบรมครั้งนี้ คือ อาจารย์ธงชัย โรจน์กังสดาล อาจารย์ประจำภาควิชาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยเนื้อหาครอบคลุมความสำคัญของความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม ภาพรวมและทักษะของ Design Thinking เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในกระบวนการ ตลอดจนกรณีศึกษาและการฝึกปฏิบัติจากเอกสารจริง

รูปแบบกิจกรรมแบ่งเป็น 4 ช่วง ได้แก่ 1) จุดประกายความคิดสร้างสรรค์และภาพรวม Design Thinking 2) Problem Finding & Ideation 3) Prototyping การสร้างต้นแบบอย่างง่าย และ 4) การนำเสนอต้นแบบ ก่อนสรุปและประเมินผลโครงการ

โครงการนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ของ มฟล. ที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะหลักให้แก่บุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่อง สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยในการก้าวสู่การเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของอาเซียน

MFU Holds "Sparking Creative Thinking" Workshop to Equip Staff with Design Thinking Skills

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through its Human Resources Division, held a workshop titled "Sparking Creative Thinking" on July 14, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Kham Mok Luang Room, 5th Floor, M-Square Building, MFU. A total of 85 academic and support staff members took part to learn how to apply Design Thinking processes to improve their workflows.

The workshop was organized to bridge the core competency gap in CC03 – Commitment to Excellence, identified during last year's personnel assessment.  Participants practiced applying Design Thinking to actual organizational challenges, such as streamlining redundant workflows, enhancing service efficiency, and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate routine tasks—thereby freeing up valuable time for more strategic and creative work.

The workshop was led by Ajarn Thongchai Rojkangsadan, a lecturer from the Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University.  The training covered the significance of creativity and innovation,  Design Thinking frameworks, essential tools,  practical case studies and hands-on exercises utilizing real workplace documents.

The program consisted of four sessions: 1) Sparking Creative Thinking and a Design Thinking Overview, 2) Problem Finding and Ideation, 3) Prototyping, focusing on building simple prototypes, and 4) Prototype presentations, followed by a final wrap-up and project evaluation.

The "Sparking Creative Thinking" workshop forms an integral part of MFU's fiscal year 2026 Personnel Development Plan,  reflecting the university's ongoing commitment to strengthening staff core competencies to propel MFU toward its goal of becoming a leading university in ASEAN.
