สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล. ต้อนรับคณะกรรมการวิจัยและพัฒนาวุฒิสภา หารือความร่วมมือด้านวิจัย

เมื่อวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2569 รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชูเกียรติ น้อยฉิม คณบดีสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ต้อนรับคณะกรรมการวิจัยและพัฒนาของวุฒิสภา และคณะอนุกรรมาธิการเสริมสร้าง ขับเคลื่อน และติดตามการดำเนินงานด้านวิจัยและพัฒนา จำนวน 15 คน ณ ห้องประชุมชลอ ว่องวัฒนาภิกุล อาคารสำนักวิชาอี 2 ชั้น 2 สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์

คณะดังกล่าวศึกษาดูงานและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ด้านการวิจัยกฎหมายและการพัฒนางานวิชาการ ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพและเครือข่ายการวิจัยเพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจนิติบัญญัติและการกำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะของวุฒิสภา นำโดยรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ประภาส ปิ่นตบแต่ง สมาชิกวุฒิสภา และนางสาวมณีรัฐ เขมะวงค์ สมาชิกวุฒิสภา

การหารือครอบคลุม 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1. แนวทางการวิจัยกฎหมายเพื่อสนับสนุนการพิจารณากฎหมายของฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ 2. การนำผลงานวิชาการไปใช้กำหนดนโยบายสาธารณะ และ 3. แนวทางความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการระหว่างสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล. กับวุฒิสภาในระยะต่อไป

สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล. พร้อมสนับสนุนความร่วมมือด้านการวิจัยกฎหมายและนโยบายสาธารณะกับวุฒิสภาอย่างต่อเนื่อง สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของ มฟล. ในการนำองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อสังคมและประเทศชาติ

MFU Law School Welcomes Senate R&D Committee to Discuss Academic and Research Cooperation 
. 
On July 16, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Chukiat Noichim, Dean of the School of Law at Mae Fah Luang University, welcomed the Senate’s Research and Development Committee and 15-members Subcommittee dedicated to strengthening, driving, and monitoring R&D initiatives. The meeting took place at the Chalor Wongwattanapikul Meeting Room, Building E2, School of Law.

The delegation visited the university to exchange insights on legal research and academic development. This visit was part of the Senate’s project to develop research capacity and network supporting legislative and public policy initiatives, led by Senate members Associate Professor Dr. Prapas Pintobtaeng and Ms. Maneerat Khemawong.

The discussions focused on three key areas: legal research approaches to support legislative deliberation, the application of academic research to public policy formulation, and future academic cooperation between MFU School of Law and the Senate.
 .
Moving forward, the MFU School of Law expects to continue this research collaboration with the Senate. This will allow the university to apply legal knowledge directly to public policy, which is a key part of MFU’s mission to serve society.
