มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) จัดกิจกรรม "การสัมมนาและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ของคณบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง" (The MFU Deans' Forum: Seminar and Best Practices Sharing) เมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 08.30-16.00 น. ณ ห้องประชุมวนาทัศน์ วนาศรม มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดโดยส่วนทรัพยากรบุคคล มีคณบดีทุกสำนักวิชาเข้าร่วม

กิจกรรมนี้อยู่ภายใต้แผนพัฒนาบุคลากร ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนบริหารความเสี่ยงของมหาวิทยาลัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมความเข้าใจบทบาทคณบดีในการบริหารสำนักวิชาท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสถานการณ์ภายนอก พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ และสร้างเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practices) ในการบริหารระดับสำนักวิชา

งานมีการบรรยาย 3 หัวข้อ ช่วงเช้า ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษ ดร.วันชัย ศิริชนะ นายกสภามหาวิทยาลัย บรรยายหัวข้อความคาดหวังของสภาต่อคณบดีและบทบาทคณบดีในบริบทปัจจุบัน ต่อด้วยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.มัชฌิมา นราดิศร อธิการบดี บรรยายหัวข้อเป้าหมายและความคาดหวังของมหาวิทยาลัยต่อตำแหน่งคณบดี

ช่วงบ่าย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ภาณุพงษ์ ใจวุฒิ รองอธิการบดี บรรยายหัวข้อหลักการบริหารงานบุคคล พัสดุ การเงิน และงบประมาณ โดยมีหัวหน้าส่วนการเงินและบัญชี ส่วนพัสดุ ส่วนนิติการ ส่วนทรัพยากรบุคคล และส่วนนโยบายและแผน ร่วมรับฟังและแลกเปลี่ยน ปิดท้ายด้วยช่วง "Shared & Shared" ที่คณบดีแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และซักถามประเด็นการบริหารงาน

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้ต่อยอดจาก "คู่มือคณบดี" ที่ส่วนทรัพยากรบุคคลจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือมาตรฐานในการปฏิบัติงาน สอดคล้องกับเกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) โดย มฟล. มุ่งส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารระดับสำนักวิชาสามารถนำพาองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

MFU Deans' Forum Brings Together 15 Deans to Share Strategic Leadership Experience

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) held "The MFU Deans' Forum: Seminar and Best Practices Sharing" on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Wanathat Meeting Room, Wanasom. Organized by the Human Resources Division, the forum brought together deans from all 15 schools to collaboratively share their administrative experiences.

Held under MFU's Personnel Development Plan for fiscal year 2026 and its risk management plan, the forum aimed to deepen deans' understanding of school administration amid external change, develop strategic leadership, and build a network for sharing best practices at the school level.

The forum featured three lectures. In the morning, Professor Dr. Vanchai Sirichana, Chairman of the MFU Council, spoke on the council's expectations of deans and their role in today's context.  Assistant Professor Dr. Matchima Naradisorn, MFU President, followed with a talk on the university's goals and expectations for the dean's position.

In the afternoon, Assistant Professor Dr. Phanuphong Chaiwut, MFU Vice President, lectured on personnel, procurement, financial, and budget administration. Heads of the Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Legal Affairs, Human Resources, and Policy and Planning divisions joined the discussion. The forum closed with a "Shared & Shared" session for deans to exchange experiences and raise questions on administrative matters.

The forum builds on the newly developed "Dean's Handbook," a standardized tool created by the Human Resources Division in accordance with the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). Through this initiative, MFU expects to empower school-level executives to lead their respective units more effectively. This proactive approach directly drives the university toward its long-term institutional goals.
