ศูนย์บริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการประจำและการจัดระบบบริหารงานภายในศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ครั้งที่ 1/2569

วันอังคารที่ 15 กันยายน 2569 ศูนย์บริการวิชาการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดประชุมคณะกรรมการประจำและการจัดระบบบริหารงานภายในศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมศูนย์บริการวิชาการ อาคารพลเอกสำเภา ชูศรี (E4) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และผ่านระบบออนไลน์ Zoom Meeting โดยมีผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณัฐวุฒิ ยอดสุวรรณ รองอธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เป็นประธานการประชุม

การประชุมครั้งนี้ มีคณะกรรมการเข้าร่วมประชุม ได้แก่ นายกิติพงษ์ มหารัตนวงศ์ รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการข้าราชการพลเรือน สำนักงานคณะกรรมการข้าราชการพลเรือน ดร.เพ็ชร ชินบุตร ที่ปรึกษาอธิการบดี คุณธนวัสน์ สุปัญจนันท์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิทยาการตลาดทุน รวมถึงนางสาวแคทราย จันทรากา นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ผู้แทนหัวหน้าสำนักงานจังหวัดเชียงราย และผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นายแพทย์ปวีณ ตั้งจิตต์พิสุทธิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ ผู้แทนคณบดีสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ พร้อมด้วยรักษาการแทนผู้ช่วยผู้อำนวยการศูนย์บริการวิชาการ และบุคลากรศูนย์บริการวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อนำเสนอภาพรวมการบริหารงาน ตลอดจนผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการวิชาการในช่วงปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 – 2569 พร้อมรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากคณะกรรมการ เพื่อนำไปใช้พัฒนาการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการวิชาการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของมหาวิทยาลัย ชุมชน และสังคมได้อย่างเหมาะสม

ที่ประชุมได้รับทราบผลการดำเนินงานที่สำคัญของศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ทั้งด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคลากร การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและบริการวิชาการ รวมถึงการดำเนินโครงการบริการวิชาการเพื่อชุมชนและสังคม โดยเฉพาะการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้จากมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่โดยรอบมหาวิทยาลัย ครอบคลุมมิติด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การศึกษา สุขภาพ และการส่งเสริมอาชีพ

นอกจากนี้ คณะกรรมการได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนางาน อาทิ การติดตามและประเมินผลโครงการให้สามารถสะท้อนผลลัพธ์และผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจริง การนำแนวคิด Theory of Change และการประเมินผลตอบแทนทางสังคม (SROI) มาใช้ในการดำเนินงาน ตลอดจนการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลกลาง การบริหารผลการปฏิบัติงาน การสร้างความผูกพันของบุคลากร และการนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาประยุกต์ใช้กับงานบริการวิชาการอย่างเหมาะสม

ทั้งนี้ ศูนย์บริการวิชาการจะนำข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอันเป็นประโยชน์จากคณะกรรมการไปประกอบการพัฒนาและยกระดับการดำเนินงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมแก่ชุมชนและสังคม ตลอดจนส่งเสริมบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงในการเป็นที่พึ่งทางวิชาการของสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน

The Center for Academic Services, Mae Fah Luang University, Holds the 1st Meeting of the Standing Committee and Internal Management System Committee for 2026

On Tuesday, 15 September 2026, the Center for Academic Services, Mae Fah Luang University, held the 1st Meeting of the Standing Committee and Internal Management System Committee for 2026 at the Center for Academic Services Meeting Room, General Sampao Chusri Building (E4), Mae Fah Luang University, with online participation via Zoom. The meeting was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Natthawut Yodsuwan, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University.

The meeting was attended by committee members, including Mr. Kitipong Maharatanawong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC); Dr.Petch Chinabutr, Advisor to the President; and Mr. Thanawat Supanjanan, Director of the Capital Market Academy (CMA). Also in attendance were Ms. Khaesai Chantraka, Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level, representing the Head of the Chiang Rai Provincial Office, and Assistant Professor Dr. Paween Tangjitpisut, Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Services, representing the Dean of the School of Medicine, together with the Acting Assistant Directors and relevant personnel of the Center for Academic Services.

The meeting was convened to present an overview of the Center’s administration and operational performance during fiscal years 2024–2026, as well as to gather opinions and recommendations from the committee. These insights will be used to further improve the Center’s operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure that its services appropriately respond to the needs of the University, local communities, and society.

The committee acknowledged the Center’s key achievements in organizational and personnel development, the establishment of academic collaboration networks, the development of training programs and academic services, and the implementation of academic service projects for communities and society. Particular emphasis was placed on integrating the University’s knowledge and expertise to support the development of surrounding communities across the areas of the environment, education, health, and career development.

The committee also provided valuable recommendations for further development, including improving project monitoring and evaluation to accurately reflect actual outcomes and impacts; incorporating the Theory of Change and Social Return on Investment (SROI) frameworks into project implementation; developing a centralized database system; enhancing performance management and employee engagement; and appropriately applying digital technology and artificial intelligence to academic service operations.

The Center for Academic Services will incorporate the committee’s valuable opinions and recommendations into its efforts to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of its operations. These efforts aim to generate tangible outcomes for communities and society while strengthening Mae Fah Luang University’s role as a sustainable and trusted source of academic support for society.
