มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดย สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ จัดการเสวนาวิชาการ เรื่อง "เศรษฐกิจอวกาศใหม่ (New Space Economy) กับการขับเคลื่อนกิจการอวกาศของประเทศไทย" เมื่อวันจันทร์ที่ 14 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมพวงชมพู - พู่ระหง อาคาร M-Square มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชูเกียรติ น้อยฉิม คณบดีสํานักวิชานิติศาสตร์ กล่าวเปิดงานการเสวนา และได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากร 3 ท่าน ได้แก่ นายณัฐวัฒน์ หงส์กาญจนกุล ผู้อำนวยการสำนักส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจอวกาศ สำนักงานพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีอวกาศและภูมิสารสนเทศ (องค์การมหาชน) ดร.อัมรินทร์ พิมพ์หนู ผู้จัดการฝ่ายพัฒนาธุรกิจอวกาศ บริษัท ไทยคม จำกัด (มหาชน) อาจารย์ ดร.สุวิจักขณ์ จันดาพันธ์ รองคณบดีสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล. ดำเนินรายการโดย อาจารย์ว่าที่ร้อยตรี นภวัฒน์ สืบนุสรณ์ อาจารย์ประจําสํานักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล.

การเสวนาครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับทิศทางและการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจอวกาศของประเทศไทยในยุคใหม่ ครอบคลุมประเด็นด้านนโยบาย ภาคธุรกิจ และกฎหมาย ผ่านมุมมองจากภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาควิชาการ ตลอดจนส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและหน่วยงานภายนอก สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้สู่สังคม โดยมีคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมรับฟัง พร้อมแลกเปลี่ยนและเปิดมุมมองต่อโอกาสและความท้าทายของการขับเคลื่อนกิจการอวกาศของประเทศไทย

MFU Hosts Seminar on "New Space Economy" to Drive Thailand's Space Activities

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), through the School of Law, organized an academic seminar titled "New Space Economy and Driving Thailand's Space Activities" on Monday, September 14, 2026, at the Puangchompoo - Phurahong Meeting Room, M-Square Building.

The event aimed to exchange insights on the directions and development of Thailand’s emerging space economy. Bringing together perspectives from government, industry, and academia, the seminar focused on key policy, business, and legal dimensions. It also served to build academic networks, foster cross-sector collaboration, and share specialized knowledge with the public.

Associate Professor Dr. Chukeat Noichim, Dean of the School of Law, delivered the opening remarks. The panel featured three guest speakers: Mr. Natthawat Hongkarnjanakul, Director of the Space Economy Promotion Office at the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA); Dr. Ammarin Pimnoo, Space Business Development Manager at Thaicom Public Company Limited; and Dr. Suwijak Chandaphan, Associate Dean of the MFU School of Law. Acting Sub-Lieutenant Naphawat Suebnusorn, a faculty member at the School of Law, served as the session moderator.

Faculty members, students, and interested members of the public attended the seminar, engaging in discussion and exploring both opportunities and challenges in advancing Thailand's national space sector.
