มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดย สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ ร่วมกับ ศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดเชียงราย และ ศาลแขวงเชียงราย จัดเสวนาวิชาการ เรื่อง"พระปณิธานด้านกฎหมายและความยุติธรรมของสมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภาฯ กับบทบาทของศาลยุติธรรมและสถาบันการศึกษาในการพัฒนานักกฎหมายเพื่อสังคม" ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมเนื่องในวาระครบรอบ 100 วัน แห่งการสิ้นพระชนม์ สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าพัชรกิติยาภา นเรนทิราเทพยวดี กรมหลวงราชสาริณีสิริพัชร มหาวัชรราชธิดา เพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระกรุณาธิคุณ และสืบสานพระปณิธานอันแน่วแน่ของพระองค์ท่านในด้านกฎหมาย การอำนวยความยุติธรรม และการพัฒนากระบวนการยุติธรรมเพื่อสังคม

อาจารย์วิทยาศักดิ์ รุจิวรกุล รองอธิการบดี มฟล. กล่าวต้อนรับแขกผู้มีเกียรติและเป็นประธานเปิดงาน รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ชูเกียรติ น้อยฉิม คณบดีสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์การจัดงาน ทั้งยังมี นายเย็นดี มณฑีรรัตน์ อธิบดีผู้พิพากษาภาค 5 ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์ นักศึกษา และผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมรับฟังการเสวนา เมื่อวันพุธที่ 16 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมคำมอกหลวง ชั้น 5 อาคาร M-Square มฟล.

การเสวนาครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากบุคคลสำคัญของ 3 หน่วยงาน มาเป็นวิทยากร ประกอบด้วย ดร.สุธาทิพ ยุทธโยธิน ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย, นางสาวชลีทร รื่นทิม ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดเชียงราย, ดร.ธัญญานุช ตันติกุล ผู้พิพากษาหัวหน้าศาลแขวงเชียงราย และ อาจารย์ ดร.สุวิจักขณ์ จันดาพันธ์ รองคณบดี จากสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ มฟล. เพื่อเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและแนวคิดอันเป็นประโยชน์ยิ่ง ต่อการพัฒนาการศึกษาทางนิติศาสตร์และการอำนวยความยุติธรรมให้แก่สังคมต่อไป

ในการนี้ คณบดีสำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์ เป็นผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมลงนาม 3 ฉบับ กับผู้แทนจาก 3 หน่วยงานข้างต้น คือ ศาลจังหวัดเชียงราย ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดเชียงราย และศาลแขวงเชียงราย ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเชื่อมโยงความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและศาลยุติธรรมอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ซึ่งจะช่วยส่งเสริมความแข็งแกร่งทางวิชาการ การแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ตลอดจนเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ประสบการณ์จริงจากผู้ปฏิบัติงานในกระบวนการยุติธรรม เพื่อมุ่งสร้างนักกฎหมายรุ่นใหม่ที่มีทั้งความรู้ คุณธรรม และจิตสาธารณะในการรับใช้สังคม

MFU Law School Partners with Three Chiang Rai Courts to Advance Legal Education and Honor HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s Legacy

The School of Law at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the Chiang Rai Provincial Court, the Chiang Rai Juvenile and Family Court, and the Chiang Rai District Court, hosted an academic panel discussion and signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) aimed at developing public-minded legal practitioners on September 16, 2026.

Held at the M-Square Building, the event titled "HRH Princess Bajrakitiyabha’s Vision on Law and Justice and the Role of the Judiciary and Academic Institutions in Developing Legal Professionals for Society" marked the 100th day of the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita. The gathering honored Her Royal Highness’s lifelong dedication to judicial reform and the administration of justice.

Mr.Vittayasak Rujivorakul, Vice President of MFU, delivered the welcome address and presided over the opening ceremony. Associate Professor Dr. Chukeat Noichim, Dean of the School of Law, presented the report on the event’s objectives. The event was also honored by the presence of Mr. Yendee Montherarat, Chief Judge of Region 5, alongside faculty members, students, and interested participants.

The discussion featured distinguished keynote speakers from the three judicial institutions and MFU legal academics: Dr. Suthathip Yuthayothin, Chief Judge of the Chiang Rai Provincial Court; Ms. Chaleatorn Ruenthim, Chief Judge of the Chiang Rai Juvenile and Family Court; Dr. Thanyanuch Tantikul, Chief Judge of the Chiang Rai District Court; and Dr. Suvijak Jandaphan, Associate Dean of the MFU School of Law. The panel served as a valuable platform to exchange views and ideas highly beneficial to the development of legal education and the delivery of justice to society.

Following the discussion, Associate Professor Dr. Chukeat Noichim signed three separate MOUs with the respective chief judges. This framework creates a direct link between academic instruction and the judicial process, providing law students with hands-on learning opportunities alongside active judges and legal professionals. By bridging theoretical education with practical courtroom experience, MFU and its judicial partners aim to prepare a new generation of lawyers grounded in professional ethics, legal expertise, and a commitment to public service.
